I failed to find anyone at Verizon on the phone that spoke English I could understand. So went to a Verizon store, unless you were there to buy a phone or something else. They were clueless about anything else. Because of where I live Verizon is my only provider choice.. I've put up with them for over 30 years. Everyone who lives in our area hates their service.. if you live in a city they're probably ok but still seriously over priced. I don't recommend them. Check out all your options.

Kayla B was incredible and her team. She was very flexible and she worked on her time off to make our business run smoothly even during a tornado. We at Equipment Solutions appreciated the dedication from her and her team. I hope this review gets seen because she is definitely a great employee. I don't know, it's just not what it used to be. They used to help you with everything, now they say call someone for help. I'm older & not very techy. Especially with phones. So I would like more help when I go there.

Someone from this store added an account manager to my account without me even being aware or giving permission. ?? had to spend 40 minutes talking with customer service to remove the fraudulent change.

The employee wasn't very knowledgeable. I went with my mother to help her. Tried to get my mother to buy a new charger when she didn't need one. Told her they didn't make the tempered glass screen protector for the phone she was buying when they do. Told her she wouldn't be able to transfer all her files from her old phone to the new one since they were a different brand. You could. And I did.
