Good place to shop. Open early. The staff are ready to help without being intrusive. They have plenty of self checking kiosks, but they don't always have enough open.
** Amending this to state they never have enough check out kiosks open. No matter how long the lines, there are always self check out kiosks that are not open.
*** Amendment 3!.. They have deemed the self check kiosks as not usable. Now they have one checker working early in the AM and a line longer than the great wall of China. When they had 6 kiosks open there would be 3 workers overseeing the operation, now with no kiosks there is only one person operating the check out. What happened to the other two workers????

I should've read the reviews before I stepped in this particular store. My sons were followed by an associate as they browsed. What was she thinking? My sons are in college and have their own incomes. Also, as I used the self checkout, one associate stood and made sure all of my items registered. I should have made her come over and run my items. Finally I said to her "just stands there and watches me". And we just stared at each other. She got the hint and walked away or so i thought. Next she stood behind me! Could it have been my appearance? Did I look menacing? She did not do that to the other customers using self checkout. Read your reviews carefully and decide if you want to be profiled! Because that's the impression I got.

I went to go shop with my grandma but some worker lady came up to me and said I was pranking her we both felt harassed and she called the police and banned us both I recommend that whoever is reading this does not shop at this Walmart

I tried to call the Fremont, NE store because we had to get something in a hurry for our kids that were leaving for a trip. I found something online, but I wanted to either see if it was in the store or see if I could buy it over the phone and pick it up. First of all, customer service isn't even an option on the phone menu. Then the "store operator" doesn't answer. I tried to call over and over and over again, and let it ring dozens of times. I tried the other departments and no one answered there either. I finally was able to get someone in bakery, but she wasn't able to transfer me. It is ridiculous that you can't get a PERSON in the store to help when necessary. I'd email the store manager and let him know, but there is no option to contact the store. They go out of their way to avoid helping customers. I guess I should expect that from Walmart
