“Mr. Charlie went above and beyond to make sure my sympathy arrangement made it to the intended recipient, despite some complications with my order. I am several states away and unfamiliar with the area, but Charlie was communicative from the start and took it upon himself to deliver them to the family as promised. Truly impressive customer service that was very much appreciated!”

“I am in Colorado and needed some flowers sent to Sutton NE for my Aunt's funeral. I talked to Lisa this morning and OMG! She was the best. She even mentioned my Aunt's name before I even told her who it was I needed flowers for!! After bursting out in tears on the phone she was so understand and patient with me. I also had tried in-town floral shops in Sutton and no one picked up. This place is amazing and Lisa is wonderful!!!”
