“Excellent experience with the staff. Called 2 hours prior to coming in to look at the bike. When I got there it was at the front with a hold sign on it. I really appreciated that. The pictures on the website didn’t do it justice and the website is excellent. Didn’t feel like I need to haggle over the price it was already a great deal. Purchased the bike and the gentleman helped me load it into my pickup. Paperwork work was fast and simple. I will definitely be back for my next purchase. Thank you for a great experience.”

“Our RV broke down between Scottsbluff and Rapid City and Russells transmission in Scottsbluff said they could fix our RV so we got it towed and they began working on it the next day. The staff was very helpful at Russel’s and also informative on what they were ordering. I was very thankful that we were able to have our RV repaired in a town, you could say small town, where the owner was present and accessible. Once again, great service from Russel’s transmission.”
“Never done any business there before but will definitely go back. Really nice knowledgeable ppl. I had a dead line for my heads to be done and they fulfilled the time frame. They say in my local machine shop for 3 weeks and they had it done in 2 days. Pleased very pleased”
“My tire kept leaking so I took it in to be repaired and It was beyond that, actually all four tires were way past due to be replaced. They helped me find tires that would work and to make arrangements so I could get them all replaced. Also get, free repairs if needed. Thank you Matthew. ?”
“I spilled a peanut butter milkshake in my Jeep in the heat of summer and the smell was awful! Denny did an amazing job cleaning it all including shampooing all the carpets and disassembling the interior parts that had milkshake leak into it. And spent extra time with the Ozone getting the smell to go away. I would highly recommend this business!”

“I used Rich's Wrecking to rent a U-Haul 5x8 Trailer.Because I was moving in town (moving 5 blocks from my rental to my purchased house) Rich allowed me to keep the trailer 24 hours instead of 6 hours. I was very thankful for that. I did go over the intended 6 hours. I didn't use the trailer the entire 24 hours, but having the extra time, was a relief and I appreciated it. It does pay to shop local and small business.”
“I can’t say enough about the quality and care you will receive when going to butch’s !! Whether it’s your first time owning a travel trailer or you consider yourself a master butch will be able to assist you and probably teach you a few things along the way! Very polite very organized and tons or parts and accessories to keep you going. I really hope anyone reading this gets to experience how professional and courteous this business is I was in a hurry grabbed the wrong fitting completely my fault I turned around and butch happily replaced it for the correct one with a meaningful have a great rest of your day!!! and I was on my way and I was upset due to having to make the repair his kindness turned my attitude right around not once making me feel incompetent truly happy to do business here and I know I will be back for any and all of my rv needs it’s worth driving from any surrounding areas as you will not find this great of a shop just anywhere.
