I got charged for an estimate of a leaky oil pan of 100.00 dollars which I thought was ridiculous since Nebraska Land Tire gave an estimate for free. 🤷♂️.. be blessed everyone that reads this. 😆… as for the comment “ Keep on crying” how cute! 🤣 kinda unprofessional if ya can’t handle a little constructive criticism. 😉.. what are your thoughts? One last thing Einstein.. I wasn’t told about the 100.00 dollar fee if I would have been I wouldn’t have gotten an estimate! Lmao!! Duhhhh!! Lame! 😑

Robert and his wife are so ridiculously good to me, it's amazing. They have gotten me rides to and from the shop when my battery died, got my daughter's car in for an urgent repair right away and given me great, extremely trust worthy advice like a big brother would. Can't give 10 stars or I would...this shop is top notch!

After my 2003 Toyota Camry lost its water pump, it got driven without water until the top of the radiator blew off. Robert took a look at it and explained the order in which he would plan to fix it to see if just those two things were wrong or if larger problems may also have happened (head gasket, cracked engine block). He communicated the timing and potential costs and let me know at a certain point he wouldn’t recommend spending any more to repair.
He made the first repair and called me to update and confirm I wanted to move forward with the second. After the second, he called to confirm it seemed to be OK after driving it under stress. He then checked it the next morning to be sure.
I was able to pick it up and drive 1300 miles over two days including mountains with no issues. I would highly recommend Auto Wizard for any repairs. They had great communication, reasonable pricing, and delivered on their promises.

Awesome service. The owner (Robert I think?) Went out of his way to take a look at my car even though he had a whole day booked. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had me on my way in no time. I'm not from the area, but I'd return in a heartbeat.

I’ve taken my vehicles to Robert for 4+ years now and I highly recommend him. I’ve had brakes, wheel bearings, and struts done here, him and his staff are incredibly quick, honest, and friendly. Best mechanic in the Scottsbluff/Gering area by far.

He restored our old dump truck. Supposedly!!! Paid him after having to push him to finally finish. Found out his job was way below expectations. Had to have an expert fix all the problems. Would not recommend this company to a snake

I really wanted to like this mechanic. However after my last experience with Robert Ford I was very disappointed in the way I was treated. I called for my elderly mother because she needed a timing belt service on her Honda Odyssey. I called three or four local shops in the area and Robert Ford over at Auto wizard was by far the highest. I called and asked for a quote to do the service on this vehicle. I come from a mechanic's background and my father was a mechanic for many years and I always do my research to get a ballpark on what something should cost before I have the work done. I called Auto wizard to get an estimate to do the full timing belt service on my Mom's van and his wife gave me a quote of 800 to $1,000. The national average for this job is about $500.00. I asked why the estimate was so high and she said here talk to my husband "Robert Ford"I asked again for an estimate to do the timing belt service on a 2007 Honda Odyssey and he very rudely said my wife already told you 800 to 1000. I asked him why he was so much higher. He said because I replace everything the seals the tensioners the water pump and I said that's all part of the kit when you do a timing belt service and you order the timing belt kit it comes with all of that. He said if anyone else does it cheaper than him they obviously don't know what they're doing. LOL. He treated me like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. Next I called Mike's Car Care and what an amazing experience I had. I highly recommend Mike Miller over at Mike's car Care. Not only did he give me a quote to do the job of $400 he also let me source my own parts! I love when a mechanic lets me supply my own parts that way I know exactly what my car has in it. Mike Miller did an amazing job. He did a complete timing belt service with a Gates timing belt kit for $560. He didn't even charge my mom to do her oil change. Mike Miller exceeded my expectations and he has been a mechanic for well over 50 years and is the only shop that I trust. I love honest people. Highly recommend him.Service: Vehicle Inspection

We were visiting this area of Nebraska from out of town and got recommended this shop when our car broke down. Robert was extremely accommodating and got our vehicle in right away. The shop and office were both very clean too!

I was very happy with this auto shop and the mechanic. My van is transportation for my job as well and they scheduled me in fast. They are very thorough, they explain what the problem is and they are very accomodating and kind. I recommend them to anyone. I am a very satified customer!
