Very disappointing, arrangements looked as if everything was substituted. Nothing I pre-ordered and prepayed for was delivered. I ordered a vibrant pink rose and was presented a pale yellow rose with pink tips. I was given the excuse that they were out of pink roses. No red roses in a bouquet of roses either, looked like a bucket of mixed flowers. Chaotic, unorganized.

Amazing service! I ordered last minute...literally on Mother's Day understanding my order would be delivered the next day. To my surprise my mom's gorgeous bouquet was delivered to her on Mother's Day! Thank you for saving the day with an absolutely beautiful arrangement.
