Been with them since 2004 and just 2weeks ago I did a tow to repair shop. Now they are dropping me and will not tell me why.

I'm not sure if you deal with tows in North Platte, NE. But I have called for a tow the last 2 weekend from the tow yard I called at 1 30pm today and they couldn't find anyone just very disappointed with my services and Everytime I mention anything to it about them they say it's an isolated incident.....so I guess I'll try again.... And hopefully not get blatantly ignored

Horrible insurance when it comes to claims. Been with AAA since 1982. Maybe 2-3 claims in that time. Absolutely no support thru the insurance people in this office. AAA and its agents, only care about gaining income from premiums and absolutely no help with adjusters who make false accusations and decisions contrary to what their adjusters actually see in damage. Unbelievably helpless and don't care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and save future heartache, run from this office and ESPECIALLY AAA insurance of any type.

After being with AAA for over 10 years and having amazing customer service, this office frustrated me to no end. I ended up cancelling my AAA policy and going elsewhere. Rick seems to have no idea what he's doing. I'm not sure if its how he talks to everyone, but I felt he talked to me like a 5 year old. He is slow (if he even answers) to emails or phone calls. We refinanced a vehicle and the bank had to call us twice to have them put on as the new lien holders because of no response from this group. We were able to save close to 1,000$ elsewhere. So disappointed.

The employees are very nice. On the phone, Rick gave me multiple options for my insurance and made sure i understood the pros and cons of each. When i stopped by the office to start my policy, Catelyn was extremely helpful.
