“Great location. Very clean and nice apartments. Receptionists are always helpful and friendly. Maintenance responds quickly & is very friendly as well! Definitely the best apartment complex in Grand Island!”
“I lived in one of their apartments for just over 1 year and I really liked it. Very quiet and good price, and every time I reported breakage they acted quickly. Thank you!!”
“I love living out here it is nice but the staff could be more accomidating to people with disabilities in various areas and more sensistive to people with disabilities. I wish to edit, I think some more dips in the sidewalks to allow people with limitied mobility to step up on the sidewalk easier. I did add a star because I really do love living here and have been here since 2013, god willing I will be here another 10 more years :)”

“I lived here for five years and loved it! The maintance was fast and efficient and helped me a few times. They are quick to shovel sidewalks. The landlady was awesome and was always friendly. It has a lot of nice memories for me.”
