This place is a joke. Yes they can get you financing but read everything very closely. I bought a pickup for 10990 and after their add ons it went to 13748. After financing my cost will be 20 kThe truck I got had been traded in and I was told and showed paperwork were their shop had done over 3 k worth of work. The truck is coding for everything they said they fixed I have been to their shop 3 times and all they have done is delete the codes. their warranty is not worth the paper it's written on their shop should be a quick lube because that seems to be the only thing they can do.once the sale is finalized do not expect any help they only want the money and they use pridoiry sales,lendors

Approved me when on one else would, did not perform any known recalls before selling the vehicle, resulting in a blown engine that Kia won’t replace (class action lawsuit that happened, offering replacement engines if a specific update was performed due to a recall) so just make sure you check open recalls before purchasing, because they sure don’t before selling.

If i could do 0 stars I would. Both times my wife and I have been in the 2 different salesmen we worked with were very unprofessional, rude, and degrading. Businesses are supposed to help people not drive them away. I will never give this place a cent of my money. Treating people the way we were treated makes me sad for the community and anyone trying to get a vehicle here. I don't buy from peole who belittle others and yell at them. Yes...he yelled over me as I was trying to offer him money because he was late for something and didnt want to hear me.

Got a load of vehicles from auto one they where all good but we just got a 2019 vehicle and took it on test drive dealer saw that super flat tire and aired it up we got that car and they didn’t check the tire during servicing and they didn’t detail it if they did they didn’t do a good job there was dirt all over the brake and accelerator petals few days later our tire pressure was low AGAIN took it to the sams club tire and couldn’t get it replace with them because they didn’t have a tire that size (the worker said it was a staple in the side wall) so we then went to discount tire because auto one did not have a tire of that size we get in and they replace the tire this was a couple of days ago last night we look at the tire pressure and sure enough the same tire that we JUST replaced is low. So I only have one question did the dealership we went to for more than 100,000 dollars trick us into getting a faulty car is this how they treat costumer loyalty to people who have recommend led auto one before (on top of that the dealer we got the car from said he would help pay for the tire and has not gotten back to us.)

Auto One is an excellent place to do business. Very friendly staff. Very cordial and go out of there way to accommodate any needs you may have. Kevin Carey is highly recommended as the salesman I have personally dealt with on multiple purchases and has treated us very well. We will definitely be back for more vehicles or call Kevin and ask him to find exactly what we want as we have done in the past.

Bought a car here a few days ago and I’m absolutely impressed! Auto one has great customer service, and they definitely treat you like familh. Huge thank you to Sal for finding a car perfect for my son and I. Also, thank you Kevin and Larry for helping solve my one minor problem I had. When I called and had a problem they were on the scene within 20 minutes with a loaner so they could fix the problem. Very pleased with all 3 of them for taking such great care of us! Huge shoutout to Auto One!! I will definitely be a returning customer in the future!
