I went to the store to buy something and the woman who was working there had the worst attitude. You should have better staff to work with the public. The worst place. I do not recommend this place. February 2 @ 9:20 Pm.

Ordered pizza and 3 drinks. The jalapeno popper pizza though delicious literally had 12 jalapenos in total. Multiple pieces only had one jalapeno on it. How is it a JALAPENO popper pizza with so few jalapenos? Then the store didn't send the drinks with our food and we had to drive back out there to pick them up. The girl working had an attitude of indifference. She stated they were sitting on the counter for us to grab. We usually don't pre-order drinks and we have never picked up at this location so I'm not sure how we were supposed to know that was the process. Not to mention as seen in my picture, there was so much clutter on the counter where they placed the drinks it's not like they stuck out in any visible way. Will not be returning to this location. I'll stick to the one closer to my house where that staff goes above and beyond for every customer and has a warm friendly atmosphere.

If you want to stand in line for 15 minutes Everytime you go with little professionalism from employees this is your place...
They sure get lucky it's only gas station going into gi on that end of town. If someone built one by them they would most definitely go under

So the kid with the colorful hair was talking on his phone, yes, talking on his phone while ringing up customers, not at all engaged in his task. WTH
Lots of people waiting, and he just kept on with his conversation. Not cool at all. Is that what he's paid to do?
Never coming back ever again.

This location got an awesome new employee named Jamie. Great Job! I go to this location every single day, and not the best experience.
However, this was the first time meeting Jamie. Jamie greeted me when I came in. Asked if I found everything. Asked if I wanted a bag. Counted the change back. AND ALL WITH A GREAT ATTITUDE. Many employees need to be taught to follow his effort. Great job Jamie!

the only good thing is the food, the cashiers act as if you are bothering them if you can find one that isn't sitting down somewhere or too busy socializing and playing on their phones.. what ever happened to customer service, why is every employee so angry or just putting off a go away vibe in that place

Anytime I've stopped here there's never anything in the hot grab and go! No pizza, no sandwiches, no nothing except people standing around yakking! Never stopping here again! Another worthless Casey's!

Always a good experience At the highway 30 store. The biggest complaint I hear people say is that the lines get a little long but the staff is super friendly and they make it worth it.

Rude employees behind the counter. More involved in personal conversation than customer service. Probably why the store didn’t look maintained or that clean either.

While I see from other reviews that the standard caseys canned message apparently states that all negative reviews do not represent caseys standards . Well, this store is like so many others when it comes to the pumps and reciepts... why give the option for a printed reciept when there's never any paper in the printers?I'm constantly on the move in my job and appreciate getting in for fuel and getting out . But having to go stand in line just to get a reciept a waste of time. I'll have to mark this caseys as a no go it's damn annoying

No receipts at the pump, no washer fluid to wash windows. Plus side you can buy ethanol or non ethanol gas at this station.

Stopped in after kids softball tonight it was 930pm and the manager Becky had a sign on the door saying sorry they had to close early because of unexpected circumstances. Not only that but in the morning her cashier will be extremely busy and Becky is sitting in the office or I've seen her on her phone or cleaning shelves and I've only seen her once get on her register and actually help. I understand how the world is right now and how help can be hard to find but this store will have 6-8 employees there and you still have to wait in line 20 plus minutes. It's ridiculous. The last store manager ran things much better and this store has been a disaster since she left. Maybe get Becky some more training on how to run a gas station more efficiently because if you have no customers you have no paycheck. I also understand customers can be unpleasant and I usually don't leave bad reviews but this has been ridiculous for way too long.
