This store has gone above and beyond! Everytime I go in they are always happy and helpful! They answer my questions and never act like I'm a burden. I love this store. It's the best one in grand island

The two women working in today were very rude and did not want to answer my questions. Accused my husband of soliciting when he was filling out an application because he had no minutes. Employees continued to get mean and we decided to leave. I’d give zero but unfortunately u get one

I was passing through Grand Island and stopped at Casey’s to gas up. I was having problems with my credit card and the young lady at the cash register was so helpful in helping me. She called another cashier to help the other customers in line while she helped me resolve my problem. She even signed me up for the Casey’s rewards program. Her name was Stephanie Reyes and This store is so fortunate to possess such good customer service and excellent people skills in this employee. You don’t find employees like Stephanie anymore. Casey’s hang on to this person because she would make an excellent future manager.

A guy Jon was there and didn’t really seem to help me or made me feel welcome and has a sort of an attitude seems like he was having a bad day Stephanie was such a nice person and great me at the door and I’m not from Grand island she made me fell very welcome! She always help me get sign up for the reward program

Stephanie was very nice & welcoming & entertained my daughter while i ran back for another drink. Jon didn’t seem to be in the best of moods, just all around made me feel uncomfortable.

The old woman named Kylie always acts like customers are d*** and are irritating. Even though she’s just a cashier at a gas station doesn’t make it okay for her to treat customers badly. She should attempt to meet the basic expectations for a job of customers service.

Workers are rude and act like it's a huge inconveniences to help you. They don't acknowledge you when you come in. Most of the time they never tell me my total. They act like it's a social place instead of a work place. I only go here if I have to and that bad cause I love so close to this store.
