“I started out at the Hastings store & Thomas & Barb were very helpful & assisted me with finding a replacement laptop. They did not have one in stock, but checked the Grand Island location & they did have one..!! I live in Grand Island & that worked out great for me. Henry at the Grand Island location really went above & beyond helping me get everything switched from my old laptop to the new one and handled this quickly. He provided customer service second to none..!!! Highly recommend Computer Hardware & their staff..!!! BIG THANKS..!!”

“Dec 1st 2023, store is tucked away on the backside of the mall, which seems like it is under some fairly heavy construction, that said, the store itself is really nice, bright, tons of merchandise, I could spend so much money in there it's dangerous. From the inside you would never guess that it shared any of the other parts of the mall under reconstruction. Staff was insightful, polite, and honestly just fun to make small talk with. 5/5 do recommend.”
