I think that crossfit is one of the best ways to workout no matter your age or fitness level. Each class has a coach that can guide you in how to do the movements correctly and how to modify the workout to match your ability level. It’s also nice that it is a class format, so you can get to know other people and that can help you stay accountable and stick with a routine. Everyone at Crossfit GI is super nice and approachable, you might even make some new friends. I think you’ll be happy you gave it a try.

Not your regular gym, these people are trained well and care about providing a great experience for every workout! I find myself always learning something new to perfom better durning wods! Great place to sweat!!
