One of the pharmacists here is unkind to the point that you never want to go back. The hospital made a mistake with my grandpa's prescription, and the pharmicist refused to help in any way, leaving my grandpa in the lurch.
I hope hospitals will consider sending patients to other pharmacies instead of this one.
If there are other pharmacists who work here who treat people with basic decency and professionalism, then I apologize for giving your pharmacy one star; however, that just wasn't our experience.

Horrible customer service tried getting a prescription refilled after a surgery and was told flu shot were more important! Then tried to call to see if the prescription was finally ready and you can’t contact anyone directly! I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone

Horrible customer service. The blonde pharmacy technicians bad attitude and the way she treats her job is obviously rubbing off on the other employees because it isn’t just her now. There’s always an issue when refilling a prescription and it takes a ridiculous amount of time to fill it. And then to top it off the staff treats you like an idiot. Get another job if you can’t treat your customers with respect. 0 stars

I've almost never had a positive experience here. I had my doctor fill something and they didn't fill it or call me. The person I just talked to said I needed to confirm the medication a second time and I'm now waiting another 20 minutes for her to "slap a label on it since we needed confirmation because the system is not smart." Her exact words. Ridiculous. I waste so much of my time because the app is bad, the system is bad and the service sucks. I'm pretty over the repetitive poor customer experience. I had a question about a prescription in the app ONE time and the lady told me to look online because there were other customers waiting. As if my questions weren't her problem.

I wasted a trip over there from Hamilton County as they were locking up just past 7PM despite painfully listening to their arduous auto-attendant saying at about ½ speed the pharmacy hours and then the store closing time of 9PM. Equally bad is UPS for leaving my package there instead with my neighbor as I requested.

I had a great experience going here for my medications. Christian, the pharmacist is a nice guy and he gets the job done. He definitely deserves a cookie for all of his hard work. Keep it up!

Absolutely horrible. Twice now twice now they have lost a prescription after being made. Then today I went to pick up my daughter’s prescription. I was told it didn’t come over. While I was on the phone getting it figured out I was told I couldn’t wait “in line” with NO ONE behind me. I was then given attitude and an eye roll when I questioned why I couldn’t wait there while I got it figured out.

Smaller store than I'm used to but they still had quite a selection of products very friendly and knowledgeable staff at least the ones that I met and spoke with. Very clean store which is surprising at times.
