“Wife dropped her Samsung S7 and LCD went completely out. Had a family tragedy recently with a lot of pictures still on the phone ( our fault for not backing it up lol ). Could not transfer because developer mode wasn't enabled to be able to switch USB from charge to data mode and no way to tell the phone otherwise. Long story short I was almost in tears when I was told by that joke of a place U-Breakifix or whatever their name is, that they couldn't do anything for me. Didn't care about the situation or anything. Mobile Guardians (whom I hadn't heard of yet) said No problem we can do it all we have to do is order the screen. 1 week later the phone is not only able to get data off, but is completely fixed!!! Fantastic customer service. I would refer anyone to these professionals.”
