The heavy lady at closing time was very disrespectful, letting all the customers know she was closing in 5 minutes with a very bad attitude and got into an argument with a customer.

It's stupid!!! They put shoes sale but then exclude things that aren't even marked as excluded. Yes the sign did say some exclusions apply but only some were marked as such. If you're gonna mark them then mark all excluded not just some then say the ones that aren't marked as "excluded" are excluded also.

Called to ask a question 12/21/21 @ 12:15pm. They gal who answered sounded like I was stupid and I was really bothering her. I understand may have been busy but was not very friendly and ended the call with have a good one. Not very professional she needs some customer service training.
