Rude and incompetent employees. Tried cashing a check and they wanted a lot of information but the “manager” couldn’t tell me why they needed any of the information. Don’t put someone in charge that doesn’t even know what or why their doing it.

Worst service ever at this bank, the lady at the drive thru window refused to cash in my change at the DRIVE THRU window and told me I have to come inside to do so when at any other location of five points will gladly handle my transaction at the window with no problem.

The company I work for banks there that should be good enough. I won't return or consider an account here because next time they may want a blood and hair sample to do business.

If I could give this bank zero stars I would. It took them 10 tries to get my name printed correctly on my debit card. I was 3 weeks without access to the money in my account. Because of my work schedule, I couldn't even make it to the bank during their business hours to withdrawal cash. Finally the debit card got worked out, then I made a cash deposit in to an atm, and it took 2 days to process. I ended up with a returned payment fee even though I had deposited the money. Their equipment is from 1984, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I closed my account after less than a month.

I went in to get a paper noterized and Dave was rude. I've banked there for a while but will never go to the one on eddy and 4th again.
