Just had a bunch of work done on my truck recently. Got my truck home and boom first check engine light ever came on. Called them the next day when they opened. As soon as I got the words “check engine light came on” out of my mouth they asked if I could get in there asap. Ended up not being a big issue what so ever, and they resolved the issue quickly and pain free for me. However they STOOD BEHIND THEIR WORK! In a day and age where folks are quick to deny and pass the buck they did the right thing. If you’re in the area looking for a great shop these are the guys!Services: Auto brake repair

Customer for ten years. Whether we are home and need general service or on the road and have broken down, our first phone call is always to Gary's. Our family relies on Gary's whenever they visit. We highly recommend them!

Very good service did exactly what I asked the price came in what they estimated . I really like the fact that the technician working on my pickup came and talk to me 1st to find out what was happening. You never see that type of service anymore really happy to find it at Gary's 1st time using them moving all my business to them

Did not give price ahead of time. Common practice and still didn’t have courtesy to even apologize. Was forced to pay for something that was not quoted to me. Give your business to someone else that appreciates you. Horrible especially in times like these.Edit to add to the owners reply, still showing they don’t care about the issue! Go figure! I never said I didnt Want to pay for the service, I WANTED A QUOTE AND GIVEN A HEADS UP, you know MY CHOICE.

They did not let me know that I would have to pay $85 to have my car looked at. Do many places charge for diagnostic? Yes. Do some do it for free? Yes. But they should warn you and let you know. YES. What kind of practice is it to NOT tell customers ahead of time what they should be expecting price wise, even when I told the owner he looked at me like whatever with a grin on his face "you know everything costs something". SURE yes at a grocery store and such there are prices on items and I get to choose what I spend my money on .. & maybe if I would've known, I wouldn't of left it there and shopped around for a better price. Anyways, extremely rude and don't trust them, especially after shopping around and getting quotes way less. Go elsewhere. Not understanding at all.

We are visiting from Canada and needed an oil service. Gary and his team were absolutely great to help us out. The most friendly service I have ever experienced. The whole staff helped us out with possible places to visit on our trip. If we lived here he would have our vehicles for any repair. Can’t recommend this shop enough.

Wow! What a group of kind individuals. We were having some coolant issues on a cross country trip. They bled the system of air and drove the car 25miles under varying conditions to make certain of no heat creep.Did I mention they personally drove and picked us up from a local diner because it was -27° windchill that day.Class acts!!!Service: Engine repair

They work with there customers and companies with no problems. If there is a problem they well work it out with customers and companies. People there are friendly and enjoy helping in anyway with in reason. I recommend going there. There staff is respectful and friendly. They well work with you in cost and help you work out the bill. If you have questions ask there knowledgeable they know what there talking about. They try be quick as possible in there jobs and working on your car or companies vehicles. I can recommend them as me just observing for 5 hours. They are hard workers. They well make shore you feel safe driving your car again.

My wife and I are moving from MA to CO. Yesterday evening, my car lost power on the interstate and AAA towed us to Gary’s. We pulled in after hours and were prepared to leave the car in the lot overnight. (Even though the neighborhood looks safe, we were nervous about doing this because we are moving all of our stuff ourselves and the car has lots of luggage both inside, and strapped to the outside.) At that moment Gary pulled up after hours, mentioned they had never had a problem with theft, and still offered (without being asked) to move the car inside the garage for the night. He inquired about our situation and promised to fit us in as early as possible. By 9 am they called and told us the car was ready. They did the minimum to get us back on the road and advised we have some potential long term problems checked out by another mechanic after we reach out destination. I really appreciate their honesty and hard work. Too bad we’re only passing through town, because I would like to continue to give them my business.Services: Oil change
