I am a Geek Squad Total Member
I called them for help my OneNote application on Windows 11 Laptop.
I got transferred 5 times and each time had to wait for the Agent to read my problem remarks. Then after waiting for each Agent to read my comments no one knew what to do and would transfer to another agent.
I have been a member for well over 10 years, the repair service seems to be getting worse and worse I am sorry to say.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Was on hold for 20 minutes nobody ever even answered so I hung up....20 minutes is a bit ridiculous just to set up an appointment to have setting fixed

One more one star rating. Horrid, nonexistent customer service. Manager was very helpful and saved his worthless employee. There is no way to call them, literally no way. Company policy.

Brought in laptop for slow running speed. $160 later and no explanation of what they did and the problem wasn’t solved. Awesome.

I was really impressed with the knowledge and patient customer service from Cory and Lance. I went in to buy some mesh for my internet and had a ton of questions which were answered fully and thoughtfully. I recommend this store and will definitely return. Excellent staff. Many thanks.

Two hour drive, one way, after making an appointment online for a car stereo install. Upon arrival was told that they saw me in the system and wondered how it allowed me to make that appointment, since their guy isn't here today and he's also booked for the next five weeks. They didn't call me to alert me to this (note: I was there in their system)--just let me drive TWO HOURS here, so they could turn me away. Absolutely unconscionable why they would do this. Ridiculously poor management & customer service.

Was buying stuff for my computer and ordered it and got it in less than an hour. People were super nice and they have lots of stuff there.

Best Buy does not make it easy to use them for purchases. One thing is no means of reaching the local store. The phone number says we don't answer the phone or longer. Also, you cannot get the people you have an appointment with to install the purchase you made. All this appears to be a bad policy. Amazon is breathing down your neck. Think about it. The only exception is Brady Sierks. He was helpful.

I have now been on hold for 48 minutes to talk with a Best Buy employee (and still on hold as I write this review) to ask about purchasing an appliance. I had surgery so I can not drive to get to the store!!!!! Very frustrating!!!!!!!

We walked in for a new surface pro keyboard. We were immediately greeted by two different customer sales associates. They were very helpful and we found what we needed in less than one minute. Great experience! We love Grand Island.
