I had an excellent experience at Andersons during the purchasing process. I worked with Riley, and I felt no pressure when looking for a new vehicle. Riley was very informative on not just one vehicle I was looking at but several. The negotiating process was actually fun. The best part is that I know, that even after leaving the lot, if I have questions, concerns, worries, they will be there to help and inform.

I waited for a couple months for Anderson to call me to tell me the parts were in for my recall/warranty repairs and never got a call. I called and was told a service advisor would call me "in a few minutes". Two weeks later, no call. I sent a message through chat. I got an email saying they would check, no response. I finally had to call back to check. Surprise, the parts were there, but they had to go find them because "they were assigned" and that tech no longer worked there. Asked about oil change/maintenance and scheduled at the same time and was charged twice what I could've gotten an oil change and tire rotation for elsewhere. I never received my "inspection" report telling me about fluid levels, tire tread, etc... The manager literally stated, "All I can say is I'm sorry." This is not the first time I've had issues with Anderson CDJR. Unless forced, I will not return.

My scheduled service for my recalls was very quick within 3 days. I had a schedule.The customer service was fantastic they took care of me. Stayed in contact with me. Let me know when everything was done. And was able to tell them what time I was going to pick it up and they are there for me great job.

Terrible experience. I’d made my appointment about 4 weeks ago after already waiting 6 weeks on a back ordered exhaust manifold gasket. I dropped off my vehicle at my scheduled 11:00 am appointment. I’d traveled 90 miles and took a day off work for this appointment that I was told would take approximately 3-4 hours in the shop. No loaner cars are available so I had a family member pick me up while I was waiting. At 2:30 I’d received a phone call from the service advisor informing me that they realized the part needed for my repair is not in like they told me it was, when the appointment was made 4 weeks earlier. I was in shocked at how this mistake could happen. Why was I told it was in, and they make the appointment and I took off work and drove 3 hours round trip for this?? No one knew why the part wasn’t there. I asked to talk to the service manager and was told he was gone so I left him a voicemail on his phone and never received a call back. Unbelievably poor customer service. No one knows when the part is to be coming and I’m expected to make another future appointment and take another day off work and make another 3 hour trip. Not a good experience to say the least!!On their business card their logo says, Anderson “Experience Better”You definitely will as long as you go to a different dealership.

Anderson CDJR did an excellent job of actually diagnosing and fixing my pickup issues. Not only did they fix it but completed all the recalls without hesitation and longer wait. They did everything they could to get the job done when I needed the vehicle back and had plans if they could not get it done in time. Excellent! I will return.

Took my Jeep here for warranty work on my transmission. Took it to two other shops who diagnosed that my transmission was failing but they didn’t work on CVT transmissions. I had to take it to a dealership shop who works on these transmissions. They had my car almost 3 weeks and couldn’t diagnose anything and gave me my car back with the gaslight on as soon as I started it. Never again.Edit since I can’t add comments: I was informed my car was driven for over an hour to get the transmission hot and no codes came up. How I brought my car in and picked it up at the same mileage after a supposed hour drive around is beyond me. Someone is lying. I also told them it was when my car was on the interstate at the higher speed for awhile that I had lights come on. Driving at 35 around grand island (not changing mileage or gas in my tank ;)) may not have done it.

Great experience with the sales team at CDJR of Grand Island. Friendly and professional staff in a clean and comfortable environment. No sales pressure or surprises during the process. We received a very good deal on our trade and selling price of our new car. CDJR has earned our loyalty and we will continue to do business with them in the future.

Shaun Robinson did an amazing job. He answered all my questions and made sure that my wife and I were comfortable the whole time we were in the dealership. He did everything in his power to make sure that our trade in went smoothly and that I ended up with my new dodge hornet. I highly recommend Shaun to anybody looking to get into a new vehicle!

Angel at Anderson CDJR in Grand Island was great to work with. I traveled from a distance to pick up the vehicle. I asked a lot of questions and asked for more pictures before I made the drive. He was happy to get me the info I needed and he got it very quickly. The buying process was quick and easy once I was on site. I hope to buy our next Jeep from Angel!

We are traveling to Oregon from Marylandin our Ram van and had a problem with our air bag system. Anderson fixed it for us without an appointment and got us back on the road by noon. Great people. Great service. Thank you Anderson!

I love this place! As my Jeep gets older and needs more maintenance, Anderson’s has always done a great job at a reasonable. All the staff are very pleasant to deal with as well.

Kept the Jeep 9 days. On Friday May 26 I was told it would be ready Tuesday May 30. Went to Grand Island (one hour drive) on Wednesday May 31 and it still wasn’t ready. We eventually got it after mechanic checked the alignment, but why didn’t anyone inform us of the delay? I asked for the headlights to be checked because they don’t work properly when engaging the turn signal. The mechanic dismissed it— wrote headlights are fine. Sure they are when not using turn signal! Problem was communication. We never got to speak to the mechanic directly. Also we are unhappy with Mopar. We paid a lot of money for insurance but are repeatedly told we our claim isn’t covered. The young lady who worked at the desk ( don’t remember her name) gave us a $200 discount because the vehicle wasn’t ready when promised, which took a bit of the sting off, but your company needs to know these complaints to help other customers.
