“Great gym. Very nice people who run it and it's 24/7. Only real drawback is the dog hair. They clean daily but they have several big dogs that roam the gym during daytime hours. It's been around for 40 years but most of the equipment is pretty modern with a few pieces that are very unique. Great selection of free weights and machines.”

Each class has a coach that can guide you in how to do the movements correctly and how to modify the workout to match your ability level. It’s also nice that it is a class format, so you can get to know other people and that can help you stay accountable and stick with a routine. Everyone at Crossfit GI is super nice and approachable, you might even make some new friends. I think you’ll be happy you gave it a try.”
