I will never buy a tool from them again...I bought a tile saw and the stand and returned them the next day. Because it didn't work for me, I had a bigger one, they took money from me because of the store's policy and I didn't know how to return the tool... of the $502 it cost me, they took away $90.78
They returned me $412
For me this is theft

I like hbf, they're tools are good when you're in a pinch, but it's worth saving for name brand on alot of products.

The entrance and exit to the stores must have been designed by someone who has never been shopping. You have to backtrack over customers every one of these stores. Horrible design!

They had what I wanted but it'll probably be another 5 years before I ever stepped foot in the place I don't see anything there I would need that I wouldn't want to buy a legit product a lot of other stuff looks looks too cheap to be worth your time. I could be wrong but I'd rather pay for quality name brand that's been tested thoroughly over something that's knock off looks like the name brand.

They close and lock the doors way early in grand island. About every day for the last 2 months, frustrating. Look inside and every worker just standing there, I mean make the sale, obviously I'm in a hurry too. Guaranteed to be fast in out gone. Thousands they've lost on me alone...sad
