Made a deposit in the atm. Who knows when it will show up in my account. I was told 5 pm which is about 7 hours later than the Hastings branch, but it's 6:30 and nothing has shown up in my account yet. Apparently if you want access to your money you have to physically deposit it with bank staff to see it in a timely manner.

The people that work at the Grand Island branch are incompetent. I had to go to the Hastings branch to get my problem solved. I have moved my checking account to a new bank.

They allowed numerous times unauthorized transactions to my account. Then said i had no checks out just to find out that I did have a check out and I was short .15 cents so they returned it after taking out that amount out if my account I was banking with them for over 20 yrs. Im not happy about this at all.
