Called to get a car they had one he didn't know how much it would cost was going to call me right back. I called back 5 hours later surprise they had no cars. This is a car rental business right?

They charge your card deposit knowing that you provide knowing that aaa gonna pay for car rental. Not believing you because Im MEXICAN but they wrong on their decisions

Where’s my deposit UGH!!!! Vehicle returned properly on 7/13/2019 and it’s now 8/20/2019, I am still waiting to get my $100 deposit back ugh why? Needless to say I’m furious and I plan to report them to the BBB if I don’t get immediate response & full resolution!!! This is the worst!

Good experience. Courteous, safe driver picked me up. Process at business was handled efficiently. Everything was fully explained. The original vehicle was changed to one which was easier for me to get in and out of. I really appreciated that consideration.

I called to book a car and I asked if they have a specific car which was a Honda or Toyota mini van and they said that yes they do and I was very explicit that I did not want other brand they assured me that they only have those two brands for a mini van on the morning of my trip I receive a phone call saying that my pick up can only happen after nine I said ok It then they say sorry we don't have your request but we the different brand . Which they said they do not have and offered no help want so ever and I had to delay may trip and cancel reservation . And to add to the insult the lady was rude over the phone . I have rented from thrifty before not usually like this would stay away fro this particular location would rather walk to destination.

Got a 2014 Camry and, in terms of the car, I was pretty satisfied. Unfortunately, it's hard to trust the quote that they give you. Two different 13% fees and another few fees added on $50 to my bill and it would've been nice to know that those fees were involved up front. I was allowed to select a drop off time online when I made the reservation and upon making it back to the airport to return the rental (7pm) nobody was at the desk. No problem, seemingly, just drop the keys in the drop box. But, the next day I got a receipt e-mail claiming I had kept the car for an additional day and was charged for it. They claimed that I had kept the car until 6am the next day (start of business). They did make an adjustment and charge me appropriately, but I had to call and explain for them to change it. If I hadn't called they would've gladly duped me.

Rented a car through Priceline. The usual unlimited miles, ac, the works. Needed the car for a week and was going to travel out of state. Upon arrival NO ONE WAS WORKING HERE. I've had this reservation for two weeks.. the guy in the next counter called and 45 minutes later someone showed up. Then when they finally decided to grace us with their presence they told me since We was going out of state my miles would be limited to a daily amount allowed. And charged me an extra $250 just for taking the car out of state even though I would be returning it to this same location. I've rented many cars and not once have I ever had to pay extra for where I was going. Stay away from thrifty. Use the budget counter next to them.
