I walked in and was greeted by the employee that was behind the front checkout counter. That’s it! She didn’t leave her friends that she was standing there talking with to help me. I was shoe shopping and had plenty of questions. But I received no help. I walked out without spending a cent. With the price of today's shoes; she cost the store at least a $180.00 sale.

I had the worst experience ever with the worker/manager Lucas like he made me feel like I was not welcomed in that store. Not one situation but two and I always spend lots of money there and recommend friends and family and to be disrespected like he treated me was not right. If you’re not a people person then sweetie you need to find a better job in the community that works for you cause this is hands in person to person work all day. You gotta do better and don’t make people feel like there words don’t count for anything. Either reach out to your upper management for better training on how to work with your customers or find you a behind the doors job.

Went there, the manager Lucas was really great. He was an absolute people person and made my experience so pleasant. 10/10 would recommend just to meet Lucas.

Coming to hibbetts sport was a good option for me and my family!! Two employees named Ke and serenity was a lot of help and they have great customer service skills. Anything we wanted we got it there was no complaining or any disrespect. Definitely will be coming back. Thanks guys

I came in with my dogs. 10 pounds Maltese , in my arms all the time. With no pet sight at any part of the entrance. After a while this girl name Isabella came to me asking that if he was a service dog or not. To what I answered he was. And she said that she wanted to his papers. To what I told her I didn’t have them with me. And with an repulsive attitude she demanded me to get out of the store right away. And I did so. Without making my purchase.Isabella you’re fat and with that attitude should’ve be allowed to work in a sports store. Giving the store the opposite image of what they sale there.

We were waiting to get help with some stuff that were so high and we couldn’t reach. Right next to us was one of the employees. She had some company over. She was chatting with them and didn’t even looked at us. We were trying to get her attention for some time and even one of her friends told her we are waiting for her assistance, she still acted like she didn’t heard him and didn’t even noticed us. We were staying there until the other guy finished with other customers at the register so he will approach us and offer help, noticing the his coworker isn’t willing to help. 5 stars for the guy who give the best to help and was very nice and professional. But the girl’s attitude is making our experience so bad.

If 0 was possible.. The product I bought had a sticker on it for $25. I asked the cashier Hailey about it when it rang up $30. Her response was “oh we don’t see the price on our side do you still want it?” Slow blink…Thinking tf, I did not have time to haggle at that moment so I paid and left. I went back after my appointment with the RECEIPT and product. Hailey said she didn’t offer to override earlier because she can’t do it, but she’d call the manager Bella Verona to authorize it. Long story short, they wouldn’t credit my $5.00 because I refused to give them my phone number. Now per the conversation with the other associate (a nice young man, who had more customer service than both manager and Hailey combined) Hailey was going to correct the price in the system. They needed my phone number to “identify” me in case I returned the product later. They are knee pads for my kiddos volleyball. I didn’t have to provide it to purchase the product. So if the price was going to be corrected what what’s the problem? (Ya really think I’m here to scam you out of 5 bucks? ?) Hailey put her manager on speaker so her manager Bella could also yell and demand I give them my personal information before returning my $5.00. Basically they are thieves and I ended up walking out without my money because I refused to give them my phone number. I will NEVER grace ? them with my presence ever again! I’m sure they don’t care as it seemed to make Hailey happy as it walked out by her giggling on the phone with her manager they don’t care. GO TO DICK’s a couple of stores down, they won’t yell at you or try to steal your personal info over a few bucks.

Nice store, limited selection. They do carry a few unique Adidas and Nike items not found at other stores. They, like many of the stores now, have some great employees, and some employees that would rather be home on their phones or at the least dealing with younger shoppers. If your older like me, some of the employee's tend to 'blow you off', or they act like they have somewhere else to be. Sad, but that's the reality these days. As far as the physical store goes, it's nice. No complaints there. I stop in now and then to see what new stock they have and if certain things are on sale. 3 or 4 stars overall.
