“This place is amazing!! The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are really clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating on location is because it's 6-7 miles from interstate 80. But it is worth the extra drive time”

“The Park inn is a good choice if you’re on a budget !! I had the choice to stayed at the wonderful hotel due to my traveling job . Everything is clean and tidy in the rooms but they are small.”
“I camped overnight with my fifth wheel and they have hookups for electrical and water. It just so happens the day I was there they had a pool tournament which was a lot of fun and a good way to meet local people. The staff was excellent along with the outfit members. Good luck on your quest. Cheers and if you're traveling through stop by and check this location out they are RV friendly.”

“Hidden gem, older hotel that's been well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and the price was better. That's really all I needed for a 5 star review. This location goes above with an indoor pool and entertainment space including a few holes of mini golf, a pool table and ping pong.
The pool is deep, no shallow end, so be aware if you have little kids. We didn't try the on-site restaurant / bar, there's lots of local food options.”
“Great location. Very clean and nice apartments. Receptionists are always helpful and friendly. Maintenance responds quickly & is very friendly as well! Definitely the best apartment complex in Grand Island!”

“Was looking for a cheaper hotel on the way home off I-80. Pleasantly surprised how clean it was. Definitely an older hotel but beds were comfy and clean. I clean houses for a living and every was top notch clean. Front desk was super nice. Definitely would stay again.”

“Wow- this hotel is one where you don’t judge a book by its cover. The rooms are spacious, smell of luxury scent, modern rooms, clean, quite, large heated pool with hot tub, very cozy and large breakfast room w/ hot buffet. There’s even an outside deck with sunning chairs! Super cute courtyard with a nice and clean grill. It feels like a resort almost! Even the hallways are so clean! It’s almost like they did a whole remodel, would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone heading out this way. Thank you Boarders Grand Island!
Ps. Only thing I would say is my grandma had a handicap assessable room, but the bed was too high for her to get off and on easily. Also hard to help her too. A bench or lower bed would have been nice for her.”
“The rooms are spacious and clean! The rooms feel cozy. The hotel does have a fitness room and breakfast from 6-9 am. You are close to pump&pantry, Casey’s, Walmart, Dairy Queen, and more. You are allowed your pets. Staff is so welcoming and sweet. I highly suggest and would stay here again! 10/10 hotel!!”

“They work with you ! Been renting a unit for almost a year next July and I respect the way they do business. Only place affordable in town without government assistance. Only knock on em is can't grill outside which is undesirable. The manager Amy is fair and professional and will work with you . I recommend Courtsey Courts for short term living although I'd be comfortable in my unit long term”

“My stay here was part of a three week road trip from the midwest to Oregon and back. The hotel was great! I really noticed the quiet which is a big deal from me as a light sleeper. Front desk staff were great, everthing clean and nice. This was my second stay in a Comfort Suites on this trip and the hotel experience was easily as good or better than stays in Holiday Inn, Hilton and Fairfield/Marriott properties on this same trip. I'll be staying in more Comfort Suites in the future.
The hotel is in a food dessert, but i did not ding the rating for this as the front desk staff recommended several first rate restaurants that were easy to drive to with excellent food.”
