“My stay here was part of a three week road trip from the midwest to Oregon and back. The hotel was great! I really noticed the quiet which is a big deal from me as a light sleeper. Front desk staff were great, everthing clean and nice. This was my second stay in a Comfort Suites on this trip and the hotel experience was easily as good or better than stays in Holiday Inn, Hilton and Fairfield/Marriott properties on this same trip. I'll be staying in more Comfort Suites in the future.

The hotel is in a food dessert, but i did not ding the rating for this as the front desk staff recommended several first rate restaurants that were easy to drive to with excellent food.”

“Reasonable rate for great quality. Rooms spacious. A lot of amenities offered. First hotel I felt was trying to do something for the guest and not trying to give the least possible. Plenty of food offered in locker for purchase. No breakfast offered in this concept, but often breakfast offered in other hotels is barely edible. Spacious, well-appointed kitchen in this hotel. I see it as trying to capture some of the Airbnb market. Great concept we didn’t know was out there.”

“If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. This place is very clean and nice for the price, but the best part of our stay by far was the kindness of the front desk help!
Our truck was in the shop for the past few days and they have been nothing short of amazing with assistance during the wait.

I mainly have the manager to thank for that part, but everyone else was wonderful as well! Whenever we're back in town, (we both team truck drive) my wife and I will absolutely stop back by here just to say hi!!”

“I camped overnight with my fifth wheel and they have hookups for electrical and water. It just so happens the day I was there they had a pool tournament which was a lot of fun and a good way to meet local people. The staff was excellent along with the outfit members. Good luck on your quest. Cheers and if you're traveling through stop by and check this location out they are RV friendly.”

“It was not difficult to find how to get into the hotel parking/front. It was a little inconvenient.
Other than that it was a nice stop. We will be stopping here on the way back. That's a big compliment on its own. The breakfast was one of the best I have experienced. Eggs biscuits and gravy, the biscuits were rocks I don't recommend. We were late getting to breakfast so there was no sausage or bacon. Instead, there were hash browns and I think a thick cut of fried bologna. It was very filling. There were also fruit cups of peaches, applesauce, both a waffle and a pancake maker. The regular milk, cereal, juice, coffee, tea, muffin, and bread items. It was a good overall experience.
The ice machine was out of order but the one on the other side of the floor was working.”

“Wifi doesn't work well. The washing machines don't work. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The hallways smell stinky but I think that was just someone needing to wash their butt, idk. Review is subject to change depending on how breakfast is tomorrow morning ? Breakfast was amazing”

“The rooms are spacious and clean! The rooms feel cozy. The hotel does have a fitness room and breakfast from 6-9 am. You are close to pump&pantry, Casey’s, Walmart, Dairy Queen, and more. You are allowed your pets. Staff is so welcoming and sweet. I highly suggest and would stay here again! 10/10 hotel!!”

“I had my 50th class reunion in Grand Island and booked this hotel. It was the perfect location to visit friends from the past and attend all my events as well. The service was top notch, cheerful and helpful staff on all levels. The room was great. Very clean, great hot showers with conditioner, shampoo, and body wash dispensers in the shower. All had fantastic aromas as did the soaps-facial and body. Bed was perfect and clean to the hilt. Big screen tv w/many channels even the Husker game on Saturday. Secure w/two cards for entry-double locks. Parking and lighting were awesome for car protection. Very quiet. Breakfast was very adequate for on the go like I was. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Lastly, the price was right on. I was very pleased here and have stayed at many hotels in my lifetime-this one hit the top rung.”

“I recently stayed (3) nights in Rm #342, a single (queen) bed, second story room, & 7 nights in Rm #326, a single (queen) ground level room, which were both equipped w/ recent renovations. Personally, I preferred the second story room but settled on ground level room for my (7) day visit simplicity purposes. I am impressed the new owners took the time to make not only a cost-effective, environmentally friendly decision, but a decision which appeals to a audience: preserving the timeless tilework in the lavatory by far has been best choice my eyes I have seen yet.

I welcome you all to take a moment to visit the staff & guests Resident Suites Motel, Grand Island, NE, & note the updated lobby (very impressive, hands down!), bank shot machines, washer/dryer accomdations, benches, updated guest rooms on the first & second levels, & more to come in the near future. Expect to notice friendly & familar faces behind the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, & construction (temp) departments; & welcome any & ALL new staff!”

“This building has been remodeled. The rooms are fresh and clean, but the walls and doors are thin. You can hear outside noise easily.

This hotel is also apparently located right next to a 5G cell tower, so all night your brain is getting pounded with those waves. Call me a conspiracy theorist, but it does mess with your body.

Other Hampton Inns I've stayed at have been much nicer. I would find a different place next time to stay for these reasons.”
