“I was hesitant to stay here, I was pleasantly surprised, it was clean beyond the usual motel 6, the desk help was friendly, they also had breakfast and for dinner the truck stop next door had good food arcade, casino, variety store, great atmosphere. Usually take another route but will definitely take this route from now on!”

“Doing some last minute Christmas shopping decided to stay in town for the night and start fresh in the morning. We woke up the next morning took as shower and got dressed to leave. As we were leaving seen something sparkling on the tile floor by the kitchenette. It was broken shards of glass picked up 3 to 4 good size pieces. Look under counter and in the cracks around kitchenette and it was high looked pasted by maids and staff. Simple christmas shopping could have turned into ER visit getting glass taken out of our feet. Definitely won't be staying here again.”

“Stayed two nights with boys. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and Hot Tub were perfect. Will stay again.”

“Coming from an ex dealers and now ssa check resipents perspective this place has shown some rapid improvement since I moved in on I believe it was July 7th ya it was anyways most motels in this price range eather have a strong cleaning supply smell or a uncleaned 1 but the one that I moved into no smell at all to it which is exactly what you want in a motel room expensive or non expensive and fortunately for me it's the latter of the 2 yes when I moved in there was and still are paint tracks on the floor of my room but the interior design problems aren't the new owners fault it's the old owners fault and further more it's most directly my fault that the paint tracks are still there because I haven't said anything about it and I personally am not directly going to because I can and very much do see the improvements that the new owners are trying to make I come from a blue collor rich back ground which is and are what the owners of this motel chain are and believe me the owners of this place are not getting rich quick of off this place (2) the biggest reason that the interior of these rooms are as messed up as they are is straight up the fault of the people that are renting the rooms the new owner didn't think when they bought this place that they would turn a profit by trashing out all the rooms in the place and yes they were thinking about profit margins or atleast they had better be if they want to keep they're kid's and grandkids in ivy league schooling which is exactly the dream that all successful business have and very much should have and not only does that dream of there's benifit them but mostly it benefits the people that rent out these rooms all the owners really see are the paperwork and the financial numbers that come out of this place but us the renters get to c so much more in the way of a working sink, showers and I don't know about your rooms but mine has the nicest fridge and microwave that this type of motel can afford to offer so what it really comes down to is that you get what you pay for just look at the comment complaints they eather never stayed here or they were trying to unrealistically live a wine life stile on a beer budget try getting a room like this and for within this places price range over all somewhere else and then you'll have the right to complain about this place or any other place of this nature before I kick off of this never ending conversation truth be told I have absolutely no clue as to what the owners of this place even look like so no I am in no way getting anything by saying any of this I'm only speaking from a blue collor rich family's as well as a former moderately successful dealers perspective.”

“I camped overnight with my fifth wheel and they have hookups for electrical and water. It just so happens the day I was there they had a pool tournament which was a lot of fun and a good way to meet local people. The staff was excellent along with the outfit members. Good luck on your quest. Cheers and if you're traveling through stop by and check this location out they are RV friendly.”

“I booked online with a request for early check in. I got a phone call prior to my seat saying I could check in as early as 8 am!! That’s 8 hours early! The pool area also had a pool table , six hole putt putt, and a ping pong table at no cost! I splurged for the pool side room, having kids with me made it worth it! All staff was amazing! Oh, the room was also very nice as well lol!”

“We stayed for a couple days last month. The hotel was dated but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and my sister liked that they had different options for waffle batter (plain and flavored). We needed a pet friendly hotel and this was a great, affordable option.”

“The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed (There was dog food along the walls and a plastic piece). We had a handicap room and the door to the bathroom got in the way of the outside door if both were open at the same time. Older fixtures and the toilet got stopped up.”

“Great location. Very clean and nice apartments. Receptionists are always helpful and friendly. Maintenance responds quickly & is very friendly as well! Definitely the best apartment complex in Grand Island!”
