The hy-vee app is a flipping joke. I've seen apps back in 1996 that worked at a better range of speed. They need to get a more experienced provider to manage this most important of advertising tools, its just a damn shame they can't compete well with such obsolete work.

Nothing is EVER done when they tell me it will be. They take forever and I always call and ask because I know if I just show up then it won’t be done. So I always call and ask how long and they give me an answer and it’s still never done.

Called to make sure my prescription was filled, my wife drove 20 miles to get it before they closed only to find the drugs were expired by 2 months when I opened the package at home. Even though I was supposed to start on this immediately I'm hesitant to take expired meds & it's too late to contact either my doctor or the pharmacy until they open tomorrow.

When I called to talk to the Pharmacy ? it’s so hard to hear anyone when they whisper ??♀️ even when you tell them twice you can’t hear ? I don’t seem to have problems when I walk in and talk to Pharmacy ?

I am getting really tired of long waits to pick up a prescription that was called in my my Dr. Office today They’ve had it for 45 minutes and I’m still sitting here, waiting. Long lines and long waits at the drive thru as well. I just made a call to change my pharmacy.

Poor service. The only reason I have to go to them is because we are having to jump around to find my sons meds. They do not call if there is an issue with the perscription. They are rude. It takes days to get refills taken care of. Other pharmacy call the dr if there are no refills available because if we call the dr. office they say to contact your pharmacy. To lazy and do not want to take to many steps to compete their job correctly.

My family have been customers for 4 years and the last 4 months nothing but problems, I don't expect them to know me by name but our information is in the computer and I keep getting charged for my grandsons prescription he has insurance and medicaid. They have gotten so slow and never have medication on hand have to order and you don't know unless you call before you go, if your lucky enough to get them to answer the phone, have called several times and it rings and rings, so frustrating and coming to breaking point of changing pharmacy

We ate at Hy-Vee's wahlburgers restaurant. I had the fiesta hamburger and fries cooked medium. The hamburger was cooked to perfection and tasted great. The fries were warm and disappointing. Self-service customer service is not my thing. When I go out I like to be waited on, not here. That's another thing I didn't like about this place.

Ever since the most recent manager left service has gone downhill. It takes DAYS to refill a prescription. Your doctor may call in an antibiotic in the morning and it still won’t be filled til the following day. You can call or stop and all they will say is it’ll be a few hours. People on the phone are rude every single time I call. For example I called this evening and asked if my prescription was ready. After about a minute and long sigh from the other end she said we’re working on it. I asked will it be ready tonight? She said it should be. They gave us a partial fill (about 1.5 day’s worth of medication) the other day and never said a word about it. I asked when the remainder would be in, but the tech didn’t know. Waited 5 minutes for her to ask the pharmacist on the phone and finally just asked the tech to just call and let me know so we could come get it. No call. The app is also inaccurate most of the time too. I hate going elsewhere but we are transferring to another pharmacy due to these reasons. Mostly the rude people on the phone who act like you ruined their day by calling. Ain’t nobody got time for that!

Smug, rude person on the phone. Wanted to argue with me about refills instead of helping me. Had to have my doctors office call and straighten him out. I call back later to confirm my refills and the same person says our previous conversation never took place. Seriously!? Straighten up jerks

So on multiple occasions they honestly have no idea what they're doing in my opinion I go down there today to get my prescriptions refilled they tell me that none of them can be refilled that there are no refills on them when they just made a call to my physician not even 3 weeks ago to get more refills so I drive back home I live on the outskirts of Grand Island and as everybody's knows fuel costs are very high and my time is worth money as well so I get home and I look at my refills and it says I have 14 refills so I call back and she says oh yeah the pharmacist figured it out with this condescending attitude the same attitude she had when I was there. So I asked them because they messed up if they were going to deliver my prescriptions to me and she says with another attitude that she's been having the whole time that no we don't do that and so I just can't believe how worthless those people are do yourself a favor and go somewhere else anywhere else. people wonder why everybody buys things online.

They forgot to make my daughters birthday cake! Who does that? Still waiting for a call back from the manager. There wasn’t even anyone in the bakery department when I went to pick the cake up. No one could find it. The assistant manager couldn’t even get ahold of the bakery manager because the phone number listed for the person was wrong. I Had ordered online like I always do with cakes. I am very disappointed in this store.
