“I started dropping calls, and then it just locked on LTE. I got a representative at Spectrum that was great at what she did. She read me, and could tell I was upset. She walked me through all the phones, to find just the right one for my needs. She took the time to make sure my phone was working, went through all the great features my new phone had, and made sure my phone was working before I left the store. She also took the time to check my account when I mentioned we were having a lot of pixelating. She said we could go to a speed twice as fast which should take care of the problem. Plus the icing on the cake..our plan would go down $10 a month. You need a million more like Kim that was helping in the Grand Island NE store (based out of Lincoln.)”

“I just started with allo. I haven't had any problems with the service even when it's windy or raining or even when it snows.. I like that. An I pay less then I was with the other provider.. if u don't have allo maybe you should try it out.. let them know I sent you..”
