Sent my mother-in-law to this store. Apparently, they don't change batteries or even check batteries when only 1 person is in the store. Interstate no longer warranties their battery if they are under 12.5 volts at that point the battery is still good!! The guy at the store was closing and locking the doors at 5:45pm. This store has gone downhill with the crappy people working in the store. Really liked interstate battery. I guess I'll take my business somewhere else.

Don't bother! I'm an older female and went to the local store for a battery for my tractor. The 'sales' associate didn't even try to help. Just told me to bring in the old battery.

I'm a 56 year old woman. I stopped in to get a new battery taking the old one in two employees were standing out side the store one opened the door for me I thanked him and said this thing is heavy. After purchasing a new battery I waited for one of the 3 guys standing around doing nothing to offer to carry it out but nope they just watched me do it and a customer had to open the door for me going out. Wow chivalry really is dead.

The temperature never made it above negative degrees and I needed a new battery. The windchill was negative in the double digits. The store manager was the only one working and I asked if he had a warm spot to put in my battery. Unfortunately he did not. He bundled up and we both went outside and put in my battery. He asked me multiple times if I would rather sit where it’s warm inside rather than out in the blistering cold with him and I told him I was here with you. I felt bad asking him to change my battery on the coldest day of the year. He got it done like a pro even though my truck doesn’t have the easiest of batteries to change. This guy had a good attitude the entire time and represents his store flawlessly. Please get this guy a place where he can pull vehicles into the warmth to do battery changes in the future.
