My son and I got a flat on I-80, Patrick came out and changed it. He was super nice, helpful, and quick! Since he had to go back to GI anyway, he took the time to follow me, to make sure I didn’t have any issues along the way. Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend! Had a vehicle break down in Aurora and was able to get a tow to Grand Island within the hour. Marshall was very professional and was able to load my van that didnt have a working tire. Business was fast and friendly. Reasonable price for the work done. Thanks again Marshall for the assistance!

My buddy and I were on a cross country road trip when our trailer let go of all six studs on one side, not only was it midnight, we didn’t really know where we were. I happened to find LoneTree on google and gave them a call. Haley and Ruger answered the call, they said if we can limp it to the yard they will do their best to make something work. We kept trying ideas until we were able to work something out to get us to the nearest shop that had the proper sized tires for our trailer. Top of the line service. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Trent was amazing!!! He was quick, respectful, and all around amazing! We blew a tire on the interstate. After receiving our call he called us to get details and checked in with us several times. He made being broke down a much better experience!

The worst thing you can see, I had the worst experience, the man treated us terribly, he was a racist, they wanted to keep the car longer to get more money, he didn't want to give us a receipt, please be careful, I don't want anyone to go through this, there is the man. I shouldn't have this business, they are blatantly stealing and no one says anything. At first they made a lot of excuses for not giving us the car cm they knew it was Friday and now Saturday and Sunday we couldn't do anything this happened to us in Hastings please really be careful if you are Hispanic cm we take care of them they are real bad

Kevin was so kind and efficient. I was stuck 40 minutes from home with my grandson and they were there in no time at all. The price for that many miles was worth it. Thanks to everyone at Lone Tree Towing.

Quick response from Lone Tree and Marshal moved truck and trailer to repair shop like a pro; good equipment too.

Kevin came out in the pouring rain to rescue my husband & me on 1-80. We had a blow out & could not change the tire ourselves. He was professional, kind, caring & got the job done under horrible weather conditions. Thanks, Kevin!

Tow guy was very nice and work was very quick when he got to it. Only criticism is communication with operator. I thought I was getting service from the Hastings branch but she assumed I was in Grand Island and didn't inquire more about my location. Added more time to the experience than necessary, but overall I was happy with the assistance and the price.

I'm so saddened by the treatment we were given. My nephew was in a car accident if that wasn't already dramatic enough. The vehicle was was towed by lone tree towing. The cost started at 500$ but that's not the worst part. I spoke with kira we weren't allowed to see the vehicle or anything. Unless we paid. Never felt like a person just a paycheck. Since it fell on a holiday weekend she couldn't be bothered until the following week after the holidays. Never once was is there any compassion show to us.
