Got to check out and no sticker on item. Checker did not know and 3 other people came over and no one knew. I was told by management at checkout it was my job to bring an item number to the checkout. 4 employees and I walked clear back to garden center got the name of the item and cost befor discount. Walked all the way back and gave the the information. Garden block for $3.58 befor rebate. I am a 70 year old woman at what part of being an employee to help customers are your employees doing there job when I as a customer had to do it. Upset, very, may start shoping at Home Depot.

This may well have been the first time I did not find what I needed. The salesman was excellent and we ended up deciding on a new front door. His expertise was excellent to say the least.

Usually aint bad but when i went to gey. Curtain rod they were so heavy on the rack they were on when i was looking at them they broke the particle bord on the back the price thing flung up and hit me in the eye. I didnt see any employees in the area to report it to. My kid was fussing so i left. Please look into the weight on those rods.

I came to Menards looking for a magnetic wristbands. They only had two in stock and they were very reasonablely priced $12.99, as other places like Lowes or Home Depot are priced @$19.99. We don't have a Menards in the great state of Texas like in Nebraska. I like shopping here when I come here. Staff are always friendly and ready to assist you. Sorry no pictures.
