The staff and service were excellent. We unfortunately had to be towed in due to our truck derating. The gentleman stated if it was something simple they could take care of it asap. Thank goodness they were able to get us back up and running. We were towed in at 730am and back on the road by 12. We even had a manager come up to the lounge talk to us about our problem and what could cause the issues.

Donna, was great very kind. The rest Very rude. Especially Mike the night manager . Yelling at the top of his lungs to argue with a customer, I believe they forget how they have a job and they can’t go around disrespecting people. They also forget us as customer are the the ones who give them businesses. They need a course on customer service.I do not recommend.

I called asking for a certain part for a certain truck. With the truck make and model, the parts guy told me he had part. Drove all the way over town to find out they didn't have the right part that would fit my semi.Won't do business there again.
