“I always like shopping or browsing in this place where ever I see them. In this particular time I had just Menards because they only had two magnetic wristbands and was in need for two more. They just a couple ($14.99), dollars higher than Menards ($12.99). But they both beat Lowes or Home Depot. The young lady who assisted us at the register was really friendly and exceedingly helpful. I think there may be a misunderstanding. They are a NO KILL shelter unlike one of the reviews stated.
I have volunteered with different rescues and shelters and I was very impressed with the employees and their procedures.
I first met with the dog by myself for 30 minutes in a large room and had access to toys, etc. If that had been a match, my dog would have met the shelter dog. I asked how they introduced the dogs and their description made perfect sense to ensure a good match.
I didn't get the dog but I appreciated the kindness displayed by everyone. They answered all my questions and they are obviously very knowledgeable. This is an exceptional shelter!

“I absolutely love Petsense. It feels like a small town mom and pop type of store. There is always someone available to help and answer any questions I have. I never have to wait more than 2 minutes to check out because there is always someone right there at the registers. At some other bigger name pet stores I have to wait in line FOREVER. I waited in line for over 5 minutes one time at a different store and vowed to never cheat on Petsense again.
They have an awesome loyalty program for dog food, buy 10 bags get one free. There prices are sometimes even cheaper than other places, plus the rewards program.
Their groomers are amazing and they always do such a great job! They also have a rewards program, and I have 2 dogs that are groomed so the extra little bonus is nice! I have zero complains and I highly recommend them!!”
