Very unprofessional came to my home was told to wait till my husband arrived at home, when arrived he had my sprinklers running and getting water spots all over my vehicle I had just gotten detailed and ceramic coated, keep in mind it’s 98° weather. ….was asked how did you get into my garage to get them on. He said your son let me in told him he was supposed to wait until arrived. was very rude saying well I’m running late… had appointment at 11 AM he showed up at 12:15 p.m. ….then said if you want me to leave I can leave, let him know he can do as he pleases, he said losing one customer won’t hurt, he’s been working on the same sprinkler since last summer and still to this day, have not been fixed.last summer he came out came to “fix my sprinklers” said he was going to go get something to fix it and never came back…..to this day they are not fixed. very unprofessional I do not recommend this place.

I know Randy personally and lived in the same neighborhood, although I did not contract any work from him I wouldn’t hesitate! My son used to bike over to his place just to visit his two pugs, so we finally got him his own pug!

If I could mark this a zero I would.I called to set up a winterization and was told it was to early and I would be put on a list. Well the day came and they called and it was cold prior so I winterized my system myself. I told them I did not need their services. They never came to my house. Then 2 weeks later I recieve a bill for $69.88. No service had been done. I call in they did take the bill off and I paid nothing which is great. But the fact I received the bill is ridiculous and very terrible business. Very shady and made me feel like I was dealing with professional con-artists.

Trying to get answers about an RPZ valve for my parents system and Tammy who answers the phone cut me off mid-sentence, wouldn't listen to my overall issue, was RUDE & hung up on me!! TERRIBLE and would NOT recommend to anyone!!

IF I could put ZERO stars I would!!! I called to possibly have my sprinklers winterized. I was told it was to early and they would call when it became time. It got cold so I did it myself. They finally called and I told them I did not need their service and that I did it myself. Two weeks later I come home get the mail and I have a bill for $69.88 from Randy's. They did nothing for me never even stepped foot on my property. I called in they took the bill off and I did not pay for a thing. Just very shady of this business to be doing this. I do not recommend them to anyone. Very poor business practice.
