Brought my wedding ring in after getting it fixed a month or so prior and instead of the fix being over $100, the jeweler worked with us to make the pricing more affordable. It was an absolutely amazing interaction with them and I couldn’t be more grateful!!

Went there for my boyfriends chain and also my chain and my ring and his ring and they've always been super nice and helpful. we had Diane Cervantes half the times we've been there and she's wonderful at her job and willing to help best she can. They also have good deals often so definitely worth to buy from there! Great place, plan on going there for everything.

Working with Zane has been great, very solid guy, and tremendously helpful. I can be indecisive at times with purchases even after thinking I had made a good decision. I leaned on him and his expertise to help guide me on that final mile of the decision making process, that being the purchase. I asked him for his thoughts and advise on what I was looking at, and he delivered with his professional, no pressure approach. He gave me his honest opinion and offered his professional guidance on my final decision, helping me to make the right decision by discussing things I hadn't thought about. Very solid, honest, and solid guy that really helped me feel good about my purchase as opposed to potential regret. I had my original wedding band set with a 1 ct round ruby, i showed them the color and Zane worked to find one. He searched and one day called me to come look. It waa perfect and the instore jeweler set it and put 2 diamond bands on either side. It is gorgeous.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had and I’ve been going there for 12 plus years. Manager seemed annoyed that I wanted my ring cleaned. Employee Olivia kept making unnecessary comments to me to make me feel stupid. She told me it’s been two years since my ring has been cleaned. Which is false, I was just in there in Nov. Telling me that I would have to pay for any repairs if needed since it has been so long and my warranty isn’t any good anymore. But that is false, the last employee told me I didn’t need my warranty paper and that she would update it in the system for me. The whole time Olive was helping me , the manager never once stepped in to diffuse the situation.

Went to the store in grand island ne as they have a nice selection they lack in leadership and training. Gentleman helping us just came off as annoyed to show us items we found one ring noticed it was bent he just said that's the only one we have and put it back into the case! No hey we can do a custom sizing and order in the perfect fit no we can see if we can get an item in a different color nothing very disappointing ended up going to a different store and spending double what we were planning to.
