“Picking up load. My paperwork said “Millard” but it says “Lineage” on the building. Appointment at 1400. Checked in 1242 departed 1421. Have their pickup number, your DOT, truck, trailer and DL number. After checking in at office (up the interior stairs and to the left), only waited a few minutes for a door. They will call you. Open doors, tandems back, remove red line. They will come out and put a lock on it. They also come outside when finished and remove the lock, put your seal on and give you paperwork to return to the office. You’ll get your finalized documents from the office where you check in. My dock was behind the building and there isn’t as much set up room as the front docks have but it’s ok. We’ve all seen worse. Really nice people here in all departments I had contact with. There is street parking but just be careful not to block other business driveways and access. Be safe out there…”

When the gate number issued to us didn't work, I called the contact number and someone got back to us right away and they gave us a temporary code to use.
