“Dropped off a couple of sweatshirts to have my company logo put on & they got it done very quickly, and for a very good price. I will definitely use them in the future.”
“The level of customer service from copycat printing & signs is so refreshing. The young lady that handled my print job (Adeladde I apologize if I spelt it incorrectly) went above and beyond to ensure my print job was correct. She called me to make sure she understood what I wanted and even offered to stay after they closed to get my job completed for me. She was thorough and patient with my request and exceeded my expectations. It's great to see a business that still understands the importants of quality and customer service. 100% recommend.”
“This was my first time working with Tri-City Signs and they will now be the ONLY sign company I ever do business with again as a business owner! They are quick, efficient and beat literally everyones price, both locally and nationally and delivered the most beautiful sign I’ve ever seen. Their turn around time was nearly 4 weeks faster than competitors. Hands down the best customer service. Thanks Tri-City Sign Co for being a no nonsense business!”
“I had to ship several large packages and Mariah went above and beyond to help me with my order. The customer service was excellent and she made sure I had all the tracking information I needed. She was very nice. 10 outta 10 would recommend!”
