Was given several options of pillows to try out to find the best fit for all of us! Unfortunately the one my husband and I both wanted was not available to order in king size. So we went with our 2nd choice. Mike was a great help!

The employee that helped us was very knowledgeable. He asked us our price range and when we told him, he immediately showed us to where those particular beds were at so we could try them. He answered all of our questions and was great to work with. Only complaint was when we said we wanted the cheaper delivery option, he still rung up the more expensive one without telling us and gave us our total. I guess next time I will be sure to ask if the option selected was the one I wanted.
