I traded for a new Toyota Highlander Hybrid Platinum from this dealership. I spoke to their Salesperson Gregg Ray over the phone for the "deal" that we made. The Highlander has a $750 rebate that comes from the Toyota Corp. after purchase of said vehicle. I own a Driving School and my company instructs roughly 900 students each year. When I instruct the classes, I always inform the students to be careful when purchasing and always do your research. With that said, I explicitly stated to the salesperson what I was willing to give "x" amount of cash difference for the trade allowance on my Rav4. I also made it clear that I would be the one receiving the $750 rebate from Toyota after purchase. Gregg agreed and I drove over 2 hours to the dealership. All went well until I went to sign the paper work. I learned at that time, the dealership wrote into the contract that they would be keeping the rebate. I then spoke to Rick Alexander which I believe is the general manager, and I had Gregg enter into this conversation as well. I had Gregg repeat what I said via the phone conversation the other day and Gregg stated that I said that I would be getting the rebate. Rick then interjected that I was basically receiving the rebate "built in" to the negotiated price. This IMO, was a total misrepresentation of what was promised. I did state to the Finance & Insurance Manager (John Crayne) that I was going to post a Google Review. John said that their lawyers would be looking into possible defamation of this review. I told John that I would write that into the review as well. Nothing like good ole' intimidation to try as a scare tactic to not write a poor review. I will never go back to this dealership again. I will also be adding how this transaction worked into my coursework within my Driving School for years to come.

Thank you Tara and team! First rate service. My husband and I were stranded due to A/C compressor and busted belt on our way from Colorado to Papillion. We left our car in the good hands of Tara and crew. She worked direct with my USAA warranty folks, found parts at a reasonable price, delivered on exactly what she said they could do. Cost less than I thought. Thank you!

Driving from Nevada, we calculated that we'd be passing through town when initial 5k service was due. Easy to make a service appointment online. No one cared whether we bought it here or not. Tara (service manager) quickly confirmed the date/time via email. When I arrived, she welcomed me, gave me an estimate of the time it would take and escorted me to the guest waiting area. Car was finished on time and I was on my way. So convenient. Definitely recommend this place for service. Note: They didn't wash the vehicle which would have earned them five stars.

I had another great buying experience at Cornhusker Toyota. Dan made the whole process easy and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Love my Highlander Hybrid, Thanks Dan for convincing me to wait for it to get built the way I wanted it from the factory. It was well worth the wait!

100% recommend these guys. I had issues with my local dealer getting a vehicle in for some recall fixes, and the guys at Cornhusker went far above and beyond. Just wow. Can't thank them enough.

One of the worst customer service ever. One of the lube tech got a car dirty but deny it, Shoutout to the service advisor for giving a person a hard time just because they didn’t speak fluent English. Last time I remember Cornhusker was one of the top dealership in the 308 now it’s going downhill.

According to Cornhusker Toyota's webpage, they "look forward to serving your Toyota needs and hope that [they] can help you with your next new [car]." As with other negative reviews, the problem stems from pressure to sell automobiles at all costs. For example, if a customer buys a pre-owned, low-mileage Subaru from Cornhusker Toyota, the salesperson, Ryan, along with the financing person will sell the buyer extended protection (force-fed with charm and a quiet, phony sense that you are valued). However, when a problem does occur, Cornhusker Toyota will go to great lengths to find something buried in the small print of your purchasing agreement that nullifies coverage (in this example, they will redirect you to Subaru's coverage). Again, while Ryan (sales) carefully lures you in, the maintenance department, Bob, will treat you with patronizing disregard, especially if you're a young woman who hasn't mastered the art of demanding the "service" originally promised. Then there is the man who handles the paperwork and name escapes me, he will forget to mention certain coverages are still available (newer Subaru, won't mention still under [Subaru] warranty, and will sell you the extended warranty guaranteeing you can bring your car to get fixed at any time with it. (Didn't mention Extra care warranty wouldn't work while still under Subaru warranty) Bottom line: this review should provide all prospective buyers to take serious pause before buying a car from Cornhusker Toyota; the unending frustration you will feel (post-purchase) will devour your psyche.

What a joke! I've never written a review but after having my van damaged by the service manager while he was pulling my van into the service garage I feel I needed to. That is unacceptable and needs to be noted for other customers to discern whether or not they should trust this dealership with their vehicle. I appreciate his honesty in showing and telling me about the damage but the follow up has been less than professional. He told me "he's got a guy that will fix it," but still hasn't followed up personally. After calling myself to speak with him I was able to convey that I wanted my van fixed by a trusted local body & paint shop and not by "his guy." He said, "he'd take a look at it"...(3 days later, no reply). I've emailed estimates and confirmation emails and they still haven't gotten back to me. Honda should be ashamed to let these guys use their brand. This isn't Honda. This is embarrassing.

We had an issue with a tire on our way from Iowa to Colorado. Tara (in service dept) was very quick to get us in to access the problem. The tire we needed was not in stock, so she directed us to a tire store in town that quickly had us back on the road. Many thanks for the great service!

Had an issue at 6am on our drive from Michigan to Colorado. Came in at 6:30am and they were willing to help right away even though they opened at 8am. Both the guy at the service desk and the technician were very friendly and open as they figured out what was going on. We got out of there with our vehicle fixed before the dealership even opened.

Erika Stoeger is very rude. Called to talk about an issue that was important she "didn't have time for it."
