I have had constant bad customer service over the last two years via phone when calling in a prescription. They hang up without warning or even asking if there are any questions.

Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!We went in yesterday to get some eyes drops. A different pharmacist (I'm sorry I didn't get your name) notice me looking lost and asked if she could help. Took me right over to the eye drops and made sure I had the right ones! Thank you!!Scott, Kayla and Sheri, thank you so much for all you have done. You have made our lives so much better!!! They go above and beyond to help. You guys are amazing in case no one has told you today. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I Have been going here for years and it is always a struggle to get my kids meds filled. They are so rude when I call and asked they even hung up on me today. I have to say they have the worst customer service ever.

I came in earlier today for some eczema cream when all of a sudden, one of the workers (a big lady with glasses) walked into the Scooters and began yelling at the young girls whom worked at the coffee shop over a “scooter’s car” that may have belonged to them. I was in the USAVE side and could hear the screaming from that part of the building. Scooters was filled with customers at the time, and many of them looked very uncomfortable at the situation and the girl’s proceeded to tell the USAVE worker in a calm manner that the “Scooters car” did not belong to them. The worker left without even apologizing for the mixup, and then went back into Scooters seconds later to shriek at the manager (whom was in the drive thru) and the manager told her she had no reason to be screaming or speaking in that manner. I immediately left USAVE and went to console the girls and apologize for the worker’s behavior. That was highly unprofessional, and this woman seriously needs to learn how to check her emotions and not be treating girl’s who are younger than her without respect. She is old enough to learn how to behave, and with customers around, she was very inconsiderate and behaved very CHILDISH. I am gravely disappointed and will no longer be going into this USAVE location.
