I would give 0 stars if I could. I dropped off a package on Jan 4th. As of Jan 12th it had not even been shipped out of the store. I tried calling but the phone number is no good. I drove there thru a snowstorm to check on my package and they were closed, which I would have known if their phone number worked. Not just poor customer service but NO customer service. Once this is resolved, I will never use or recommend them again.I have already contacted you thru your website with all the info you request below. No response received from that message.

I recently had an outstanding experience at the UPS Store, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and friendly Manager Lux and smile by his knowledgeable and helpful attitude.The Manager Lux’s commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout my visit. Would give zero stars if possible. They are not deserving of 1 star. I was told there internet wasn't working, no problem I understand things happen. Although 4 days later after dropping off my package the manufacturer called me and sent me an email stating they haven't received my product I then tried to contact the UPS store by their phone number through Google and nobody ever answers the phone. Or responds to voicemails? Whats the point of voicemails if you call no one back???Though I had to literally drive there in order to see what was going on with my package I literally thought that it might have been lost. Once I got there they still said their internet was out I asked the front desk woman why was I not contacted if I was told that it would be sent the next day and she absolutely couldn't answer the question. I had to end up taking my products having the manufacturer send me an actual label and went to go buy my own box to send it. Hire people with communication the employees Obviously have nothing to do since they don't have internet they should be answering voicemails and or calling customers.. Did I mention they have 0 communication skills...

I’ve never had any thing close to decent service from the Grand Island location. Today I made an appointment and when I got to the store they were “offline”. So no one even knew I had an appointment. They did recommend a place that could take care of my needs though. Obviously it wasn’t a UPS Store.

I dropped off a phone to be shipped back to the manufacturer for repair they told me their internet was Out on Monday and I said can I leave it with you and they said no problem. they would ship it out I asked them to call me with any problems and I check tracking number 2 days later and it still isn't shipped I had to waste my time to go back to the store in order to do all this myself....no communication whatsoever. The same representative gives me my phone back and has no idea why she didn't call to let me know that there was still issues with their internet . Extremely frustrating

We have called and called and no one ever answers. Have even called and it says “welcome to Verizon Wireless your call cannot be completed as dialed”. Drove from Hastings to Grand Island to drop off an Amazon return on Saturday (that has to be returned by Sunday), they are offline until Monday, and can’t do anything. Seems this location has one issue after another. Poor poor customer service. So we get a response to the review and it is now 4 days later, phone number still doesn’t work and have made trips back (40 miles) to store to still not be able to complete what we need. The associates act like this being offline isn’t a problem and don’t care. One associate told me the technician was working on it, later that day he told my husband they can’t get a technician to come work on fixing the internet. How does this business even survive?

Dropped by this afternoon @ 2:30pm. Note on the door claimed they were closed due to no electricity. Other retailers in the same strip mall were open. I had an Amazon package that needed to be returned today.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I shipped an expensive wedding dress over a year ago with this location. When I asked the kid working behind the counter if it could be insured, he assured me that it was “automatic”. The package was “lost”, although tracking never showed me that it even left the store. I went in MULTIPLE times to inquire about a refund and was given excuse after excuse. I finally gave up after about 6 months of stopping by to ask about it. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Tried to deliver my products to my home after I switched the address days prior. Not a soul could be bothered to answer the phone. Voicemail is full and can't even leave a message, I'm assuming with others with questions.

Paid a premium for them to pack and ship some valuable items. Items arrived damaged. I called the store (the only time they've answered the phone) and they had me send photos. It's been over two weeks and I haven't heard back. They don't respond to emails and the don't answer the phones. I'm stuck with excessive shipping fees and destroyed items.

THIS PLACE DOES BAD BUSINESS...It is now April 12th 2023 and this store has still not sent me my payment for a damaged item (explanation in next paragraph). This store was paid for our damages on November 1st 2022 from UPS and was supposed to send it to us and still we have not seen the check. Stealing money from your customers is wrong. Especially when its in regards to important deceased family members belongings. I have been contacting UPS about this for 8 months, Emails and phone calls. Sometimes with a response from UPS but NEVER the store. I call and there is no answer and the mailbox is full, I email the store and never get a response if I could rate zero stars I would.(this next paragraph was my first bad review)I filed a claim in August of 2022 and as of Jan 2023 still have not received my compensation for a damaged heirloom from a deceased family member. For months I have been patiently trying to resolve the issue and either cannot get a hold of anyone or I keep getting told its on the way or a tracking will be provided and none of which has happened. WORST communication ever. I suppose the BBB may be able to do something. Absolutely terrible customer service, and no care for timeliness.
