Waited at home all day for a package to be delivered, got a notification that no one was home so they were taking it to an access point and I wouldn't be able to get it until the next day. Not once did the driver knock or make any attempt to see if I was home. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from a billion dollar company.

For months, my route driver has not been delivering our packages! Doesn't attempt to deliver, doesn't leave a notice and doesn't even pull onto the property! And now my packages are getting returned to sender!!! I am BEYOND angry and no one is doing ANYTHING about it!!

I cannot believe how lazy the supervisor of this facility is. I work days and an attempt to deliver a package that required my signature was made and they left a note. I went to the UPS customer center to see if I could pick up my very expensive package since I have to work days. The kid that helped me was willing to do some, like check to see if my package was at the 'try again next day area', but he must not have really looked too hard because the driver had already returned and the package had to be there. The supervisor, who is completely lazy, told him to tell me to wait till the next day to have it delivered despite the fact that I was there for the reason that I have to work the next day. Will never use UPS again if I can avoid it. That supervisor should not hold such a position if she is unwilling to help out the customers. I have never had this problem with FedEx.

I called the ups store and the robot told me the store was open saterday and sunday so i paid to pick my package up “today” as the bot told me and the store status says closed. So in return i wasted 8$ for nothing. I work 10 hour days mon - friday making it difficult to be at my home in time to pick up my package. Now i have to wait untill monday. Very annoyed with ups right now

The UPS says incorrect address while I had been receiving all other mails and parcels from other service providers to the address. I was sitting right at the location and immediately contacted customer service when they said incorrect address.

It is absolutley impossible to get ahold of any live person to talk to. The phone options do not address all problems but no matter how you choose you end up getting hung up on. When we endured damage to our bldg USPS, FedEx Express and FedEX Ground were all very helpful an stayed in tough to see how we were progressing and provided options to better assist us. UPS was the worst and caused numerous headaches mostly due the inability to reach a live person.

Two Saturday’s in a row UPS driver reports my business was closed attempted delivery when I was clearly open and awaiting the delivery for 4 hours each of those days. Incorrect reporting of driver. Same problem one year ago driver repetitively attempted delivery to a wrong address of a business that had been closed for several years. No ability to get response from the Hub.

Says package delivered at 1:32pm and left at front door...been home all day. Called customer service and said they would contact the local facility and investigate where package is. Said I will get a call back within an hour with update. No call back, no package, and now have to wait till Monday when local facility opens. Not happy!

Drivers speed down the road in neighborhoods too fast! I have complained to customer service, but nothing has been done! Obviously they don't care if they kill one of their customers or their kids, and still can't get packages delivered on time!
