I was having trouble with my phone service, the first employee that spoke to me was very helpful and he knew what he was doing, I can't remember his name but he was a wonderful employee. Unfortunately I had to return again on the same day for the same issue, this time a different employee spoke to me, Laura if I'm not mistaken. Laura wasn't very helpful at all, she told me she didn't know what she was supposed to do with my problem and she wasn't very kind either. I even heard Laura yell at another employee at some point. I had to get a new sim card and I gave Laura my phone to get the new sim installed. I expect my phone to be handled with care just as much as any other personal property. Unfortunately Laura wasn't very careful when handling my phone and it didn't seem like she cared as I saw her scrollingthrough her phone while speaking to me. Nothing was damaged but if that were to be the case I would've taken action against this cellphone provider which is unfortunate since I really like using UScellular and I've never had any problems with them before. I hope this review may be helpful for someone.

Purchased a phone here April 15th 2023 and had problems with it from the second I got home. Kept calling US Cellular and telling them I had an issue with it not making calls and telling me network unavailable. They kept ignoring me when I said it was the phone that was the problem. My wife is on the same plan as me, same exact phone as me and same case on the phone but she gets 5G service almost everywhere and I get 1-2 bars on LTE service and that is it. Now it is April 23rd, 2024 and they tell me that it is the phone and I have to contact Google for the warranty but it is expired now. So all this time I should of been contacting Google and they never once said that now that the warranty is expired they listen to me and give me that information. Thanks for nothing and thanks for not listening to your customers and actually helping them. The worst part is looks like the phone was a defect from Google sold to me by this US Cellular store.

I had a great experience today with US Cellular. I was surprised how nice and professional the place looked. Also the staff that was working looked nice, friendly and professional. The gentleman that helped me David was super nice and he did not act like a salesman he acted like he really cared in helping find the right phone and he was looking out for the customer.

I've been using US Cellular for many years. They are always helpful sorting out and explaining my bill, adding a line, or explaining things. But had exceptional service last week with Crystal who sat with me and my daughter for 3 hours with very high emotions and a stressful situation as we worked through getting screen time settings modificated on my daughters iPhone. Crystal was extremely patient and helped me through the whole thing!Thank You!

Short staffed. Tons of people waiting, waiting time was unnecessary. Arianna was on her phone most of the time while transferring phones. Not a very people person. No conversations where made she really sat on her phone the whole time. Not happy with costumer service!

Only have had this service for a month and half and was a big mistake!!!!!! Can't wait to get out of this contract!!!! They are rude took over an hour to add a plan with an other plan!!!! The price that was quoted b4 getting the phones is not what I am getting charged!!!!! They say I drop the contract I have to pay over 1000 dollars for the phones when I bought the phones already so should have to go thru that!!!!!! Had to wait a long amount of time to pay a bill and then one the bills they said I had to have a card to pay I handle my stuff in cash not give out my card everywhere!!!!! So I guess they don't want there money for that bill cause they won't except cash!!!! Can't wait to see what other problems we come across in the next 3 years I have to b stuck with them!!!! I want the price that was told or out the contract without having to pay over 1000 dollars!!!!!!

Staff are friendly and helpful but hasn't been a time in the past few years that I haven't had to wait excessively just to pay my bill. Always short staffed with people waiting in line, especially during weekends. As for their coverage, I get frustrated with dropped calls and in rural or hilly areas and it's constant and when I've had a complaint it's always the same excuse from different staff members that it's because of the 5g change. I took my phone to Las Vegas and the entire time I could not make or receive texts or calls so took it to a local branch and they couldn't explain it either. Having no service while I was there made my trip extremely difficult so I had to actually borrow stranger's phones to make calls. Once I was back home it worked fine. I've been patient and understanding and have no other complaints but this issue is ongoing and something should be looked into because other customers have had the same grievance and yes my bill is paid on time. Also , I feel promotions should be available to existing customers as well as new ones. Seems a lot of companies treat new customers to better deals than their loyal existing ones and that just doesn't seem right to me. The stores appearance is always neat and clean and streamlined though and there are the positive things as I mentioned but just feel the human aspect has lost its way to the business aspect and so many companies just don't appreciate their customers like they used to. It seems to be all about the money and staying ahead of the competition when they really need to be listening to their consumers and bringing their attention to lowering costs and satisfying good paying customers...everybody is in the game and someday it might come back to bite them.

I went in to upgrade phones. Store was out of both phones I wanted to upgrade. I understand, even though frustrated, with the chip issue this can happen. I guess she was ready for a fight. Even made the comment that she wished she was the little person making the phones in the back. Life offers choices so I made the choice to walk out and go to another company!

She was very helpfull and took care of activation when on south locust they did a ness in my account with wrong information address and here she fix everything got out of store with phone ported and setvice working.
