Package was marked "delivered at mailbox," yet it's not there. This is the third time in two months that our packages have been lost although marked as delivered. The employees at the Old Potash location do absolutely nothing to help.

Been waiting over a week now for my UPS Surepost Amazon package to be delivered. Tracking keeps saying delivery attempted but due to weather it could now be delivered. Funny, our mail still gets to the box but not our packages. They are absolutely NOT attempting to deliver anything. Bunch of damn lies. Amazon and UPS need to cut ties with the USPS. What ever happened to "rain, sleet, or snow, we deliver"?

Absolute worst experience! I will never go here again! People walking into facility were visibly inconveniencing employees DURING business hours! Only one desk was open to help customers, during the holiday season. One employee said she needs to leave to go buy meat for her church, then was absurdly rude to EVERY person she helped, there were four individuals in front of me. (Hope she knows it’s not good works that get you into Heaven.)The package I needed to ship was an odd size and I needed assistance. Before I could even find a box or get any assistance….other than a sigh or eye roll, a second employee yelled from behind the desk with a “closed” sign “you’re going to have to buy tape” then laughed. These two should be ashamed of the representation they bring to the US government but then again, they don’t seem they care at all. Don’t waste your time here, go down the road to Hy-Vee, they are ready to kindly help you! If I could give less than a star, I would have!

Have not had one good experience at this postal office. I know I do not come here if I have questions. Just stopped by today to mail something out and a gentleman in front of me who didn’t speak a lot of English was just asking the lady at the counter where his package was and showed her his phone, she immediately says it was delivered. Did not answer his question at all. After him trying again to tell her it wasn’t there, she looked up the tracking number and said oh you didn’t put if it was the East or west. And he said oh. What made me upset was she turned around to go talk to her supervisor but while walking away she said “you gotta get your address right”, in a very rude tone. He turned around to me to ask me the question because clearly he is not getting the answers from her. Like I’ve said, I have not had one good experience here. And certainly do not expect to be treated kindly, with respect, or receive good customer service. I will NOT be coming here again.

Came in to find information on a package that was being held as I was trying to pull up the tracking number for the package not even 15 seconds pass and the lady attending asks if I’m having any luck finding the number you would expect a person working a job like this to have some patience, extremely unprofessional and just straight up rude. My issue was not even solved as the lady said they would “follow up with a manger “ and I never received a call after.

Great customer service when I called in. Tracked down my package it put it behind the counter for same day pick up.

This Saturday 12/31/22 The person who attended, with a real slowness. annoyed, just stared at the long line. and he did not choose to work faster 35 minutes lost there.

The counter person was very patient and nice. There was a long line and I waited 30 minutes but she did not act flustered. She had a nice smile and was even able to help a Spanish speaking person. Good service.

Got to the distribution center around 1pm and there was one person working a lobby full of people. She was a smaller blonde woman and had great customer service and should be left out of the rest of this review. I was told a package was being held here by YOUR automated service and some brunette lady gave me attitude saying that it wasn't there even when I had the tracking info saying it hadn't moved since Saturday. Was then told that it was out for delivery when I received a notification that it was being held at the facility. No communication between working parts, no accountability just "we'll inform a manager" and it was left at that. If I could give 0 stars I would, pathetic but yet appropriate display of our governmental entities being useless.

Should have self service for weighing mail and buying stamps like they had downtown. Waiting in line just to purchase a couple stamps is frustrating and stressful when there is a delay that takes awhile, like two customers or more need long time to complete their transactions.

Was told my daughter's bed couldn't be delivered because we are not on the bottom level. I live in a townhouse, the main leave is bottom. I have 3 steps on my porch, 3. My 16yr old daughter went to pick it up. Put it in our vehicle, took it in the house AND upstairs by herself. I respect what postal workers do, but this was ridiculous.

This is the post office we’ve been waiting for! They are open at hours people with jobs can actually take advantage of. The location is clean and well lit. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and helpful in figuring out the most cost and time effective way to ship various packages. Dingy postal locations with sullen staff should take notice.
