The staff is always friendly; but the pharmacy service is more than slow. This causes elevated frustration for those waiting.
As a retired office consultant, I have a few recommendations.
I realize there are corporate regulations; however, making a few minor tweaks to smooth over some of the issues would be worth a try.
1) the drive-up windows should be for PICK-UP ONLY. This is for pick up of filled orders. NO bringing a Rx and sitting at the windows waiting for it. Make the client pull aside, park and enter the pick up line again - or go inside to wait.
2) if there is an issue with the Rx, have the client come inside to discuss it.
3) there needs to be a tech working the pick-up windows and 1 or 2 people working the inside counter.

Rita was a rock star today at this Walgreens location. She promptly helped me in the Photo Department and was able to fix a problem with an order. Her excellent customer service was appreciated.

Please update your store hours online- just wasted an hour drive to pick up a rx because online hours say open till 10pm. It was 8pm when I got there and it's closed and my sick daughter will have to wait another day. It's a simple thing in 2023- update your online hours.

The most disgusting store of all terrible manager service! The manager is very unpleasant to communicate, he does not know how to talk to people, is rude and does not want to do his job!

Got a call from the pharmacist about my meds and explained a little bit about my situation and she was super super sweet about the whole thing and just said they will be on file when needed and ready for pickup at my convenience. Told me to have a blessed day and I am from Omaha and nobody has treated me like that back there at a pharmacy. Kuddos

Lavender and her team are top notch when it comes to customer service and fulfillment of prescriptions. I moved to GI and transferred all of my families prescriptions to Walgreens on Webb Road. There was some frustration at first....and then throw in the COVID madness. I ended up changing pharmacies...but I came back. They are always on top of every prescription and make every attempt to have things ready when needed.

Donna the cosmetic rep went above and beyond to help me locate all of the items I needed, even if they weren't cosmetic related. Kathy is very patient and nice since I was trying to purchase everything through my FSA card and she made sure everything is showing up correctly. Thank you for a job well done to going above and beyond taking care of your customers

So I was going to do cash back and I’ve done it there multiple times where I make 2 separate purchases to get more cash back and the lady was just very rude and said the limit was 1 when I was told it was 2 every other time and she was very mean to her coworker and then we she helped me she was talking with so much attitude and was very rude I think her name was Brenda a older one

I got to Walgreens to pick up my prescriptions and they told me it would take 30 minutes to have them ready, I told them I would wait fir them. I sat and waited there for 40 minutes, went up to the window and the pharmacy assistant went straight to the pharmacist. He came back and informed me that my prescriptions won't be ready today until the next day because they didn't have one and the other wasn't approved by my insurance yet. I asked why I was not informed of this earlier; The pharmacist stepped in and said, "Sir, I'm having trouble with my computer." I asked them to refer my prescriptions to the Usave Pharmacy on 4th Street and the Walgreens pharmacist asked, "Are you open today?" I said "What's the difference if my prescriptions are not going to be ready today because you don't have one and the other one is not being approved". The pharmacist said that she was having problems with her computer and she never mentioned that they didn't have one. Bottom line their customer service is very poor and they lie. The last time my prescriptions will be sent there.

Just had the most wonderful experience at your store on Webb Road. one of your great pharmacy staff guided me to a co-pay card for my husband's very expensive medication and saved us 90 dollars a month! I wish I had asked her name, but this occurred at about 8:45 am today (June 15, 2022). I believe I heard a colleague call her Julie but am not certain. I didn't find the survey portion on my receipt and wanted to be sure to let Walgreens know how grateful I was for this exceptional employee. She was a true gift to our family today. Thank you so much!
