Stephanie was helping me exchange a completely dead car battery that was still under warranty, it's actually my aunt's car I was working on, she didnt have the receipt from 2 yrs ago and needed my id which I forgot at home in Lincoln which was totally fine. When I returned with my uncle who bought the battery new with his id. Stephanie was on break and a manager helped us exchange the battery. Stephanie returned and helped finish the exchange and went from being nice to being very rude explaining the warranty was from the original purchase date which is totally fine and then continued to be rude said she wouldn't give a receipt bc we didn't have the original one which was also perfectly fine I just needed a working battery and had a year warranty left. She said she needed me to sign the receipt bc it was my battery. Even tho my uncle bought the battery it was his id and it was his vehicle. That's when I got rude and told her that she was being very nice and was now be very rude had a bad attitude towards me for no reason. The manager next to her did not see a problem with the way she treated me when she should have corrected her employees rude behavior I was very patient and polite the entire time like my parents raised me til I was mistreated. Most definitely filling a complaint with HR and will ask to review the situation. I get that people do fraudulent things with returns and what not and that's how I was being judged but I was honestly I was there to exchange a dead battery under warranty for a family member. Everyone was really nice at first til I came back then Stephanie was rude and the new trainee ,Veolit or something close, the one who called for a manager when I came back obviously already hates his job was complaining he was left alone and also very clearly said something close to " the managers don't want to walk their Lazy Assss' back there to do their job" then acted overly excited to see the manager lol. I hope that they have good cameras and mics back there bc they have two employees back there that shouldnt have a customer service job. I hate these long rants too but I will not be mistreated and feel like a Karen lol but also think this behavior needs to be addressed and corrected. I would have even understood if they didn't want to exchange it at all if they thought it was a fraudulent exchange and just say I need the receipt to exchange it , I even went to customer service and asked if I could return it without a receipt before hand they asked around and wasn't a problem til I didn't have my id I even offered to show a picture of my id on my phone. They couldn't take it which was fine I was never rude til Stephanie was and I let it slide the first time honestly caught me off guard bc she was being nice and we even had a few other nice employees help with codes bc it was taking a long time get them from up front , Jodie was very nice she was heading home out the door and stopped to help us. So I was surprised after the exchange was approved that she was rude it is all on camera. And it makes me feel like a Karen bc I have to give a bad review bc I was judged and treated rudely for no reason and I quickly grabbed my battery and left when I got upset bc Im sure they would have called the cops and trespassed me if I stayed any longer than I needed. I'm not trying to get arrested bc I get upset for someone mistreating me and speaking up for myself. Stephanie and the manager also followed us outside probably to get my plate number and see if the situation would escalate I never spoke to them when they came out. Your suppose to avoid confrontation not follow a upset customer to the parking lot to make matters worsehonestly who has there receipt for there car battery let alone from 2 years ago and forgot my wallet at home 100 miles away so had to go get the guy that bought it to exchange it and use his id

Out of everyone at the south Walmart TLE there is only 1 person that is horrible just checked out there with my kids and the manager was amazing but the one running the register was extremely rude saying he knew how to do his job but yet couldn’t scan an item and couldn’t do a food stamps card and said “see I do know how to do my job it’s not my fault” when it was literally a simple fix I could have done. I appreciate how the manager on duty at TLE handled the situation though he was busy and still did his best to give his attention to his customer as well as help me too

Walmart customer service is trash. It's only getting worse. Every time I ask for help with anything nobody knows what to do. They never have money orders available either because nobody know how's to do them. Home depot will always be better than walmart

Everyone walking out with their groceries must be inspected. Why is it easier to see everybody as a thief, rather than take care of the few there actually are? Has the heartland of america, this store being in nebraska, really gotten as bad as the dystopian nightmare land of California? That being a state in which many large retailers have to leave because such thefts are allowed without any repercussions. I'm not saying go as far as cutting off one's hand, but you don't have notable theft in those places in the world. My experience at this Walmart has truly made me lose faith in the direction of this land that was once called great. Now everyone needs to be seen as a thief. It is shameful this is now the norm here.

For the most part Walmart South is amazing! Minus a few rude people who have already been reported to management. If I can give praise one person stands out. Her name is Mary. She works at customer service she has been extremely helpful where others have been very rude and disrespectful to their fellow employees. Miss Mary I applaud you for your kindness and skills with cranky people like myself. Keep doing a great job!

If you're passing through Grand Island and need a few essentials, then this is a good place. There was almost nobody around besides the happy Walmart workers. The store and restrooms were very clean and organized.

On a trip to Colorado we blew a trailer tire and were in need of a new set of tires. After a not great experience at a different Walmart, Stephanie (Auto front desk) and Wyatt (mechanic) were both amazing to myself and my family. They helped us get what we needed and both went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. I am very grateful for their help.

This location doesn't allow overnight parking, but there are at least 20 rigs in the parking lot so thought I would ask. Tyler said they don't enforce the no parking rule but I didn't want to risk it as there is a walmart 6 miles away that does allow overnight parking. Giving my business to them instead. Tyler was less than pleasant in customer service.

I went to the tire center yesterday to have tires I bought at Walmart put on for me.The guy at the counter says they can’t get my car in today, they are too busy and not enuf techs. Then I’m told they can do it but it’s gonna be an hour. I was ok with that. I asked for my front passenger tire and my rear driver side tire to be replaced. They took off the back passenger tire and threw it out(wrong tire!!) and put two new tires on the rear. And left the front passenger tire which I asked to be replaced, with WIRES SHOWING!! I had started driving home after having them done, and noticed a noise and wobble, pulled over checked tire and see it wasn’t replaced, so I head back to store right at closing time. They tried to tell me they didn’t mess up, they couldn’t fix it tonight, they don’t know where my tire they took off went, etc. I wasn’t leaving unless they changed my tire, and gave me back the good one they took off my car. I didn’t leave until about 8pm. Mad as hell.

What a fantastic pharmacy. We are traveling and I thought that I had brought enough of my scripts with me until we return home and ran short. Called my hometown walmart and they passed the script information to this walmart and I had a refill in about 30 minutes. Everyone here was very understanding and pleasant. What a great staff behind the counter.

I just returned $100 of groceries because I refused to show a receipt. Was treated very well. INFO: If u are wanting to shoplift from Wal-Mart their policy is to check items not bagged. So, bag everything. Easy money.

Love Wal mart. Happy to shop there. One caveat Please sell American made products. There are many people like me who would love to buy USA made.

Very clean and organized store. Staff is helpful. With staffed checkouts being sparce, we choose to wait, and happy we did. Gabriel was a wonderful person, knows what he's doing, and really made us enjoy the experience. Great work Gabriel

Very disappointed. Received a notification that my grocery pick up was ready. We get there, and wait for a very long time. I call the number on the sign to see if the app even showed I was checked in. She then proceeds to say your order was missing two of your items and someone is going to get those two more items. Someone could have toldMe what was going on. Waited 30minutes for four items. Won’t be going there again.

Came in to the vision center desperately needing contacts as I drove down the highway. My prescription was expired and the team was very helpful. The doctor took me in right away and gave me a vision test so I could get back to seeing clear!
