We were on a long road trip, and started having wheel issues near central NE. Jeff and his crew were able to take us in, quickly diagnose the problem, source parts (new wheel!) and have us back on the road in a couple of hours. Was traveling from out of town on Sunday and my water pump went out on the side of the highway. Called Whitaker Auto Repair and he said they would get it look at in the am. They had my vehicle done by Monday early afternoon. Were very professional and fast.

Jeff advised me how to get it towed by AAA when their electronic notification didn't get to the towing service. He checked and determined what was needed on Saturday and replaced the radiator and thermostat on Monday. Very prompt, friendly, thorough, and I have confidence in his work. Cost was very reasonable and he recommended another issue that needed work when I get it back home to my local mechanic.
