The women at the counter never know how to give you an answer when you hire a service, they never tell you what you are going to pay. In reality, I took internet with them for supposedly 45 dlls and my receipt arrived for 166 and they don't know how to explain the reason. I ask them if I am paying more. of a month and just say it is not just a month but in December you will receive the normal bill, pay attention and ask carefully before taking any service in viaero,,😡

This store is wonderful, the people are great, and all of the plants 🌱 that Tandy takes care of in there are just wonderful, such a beautiful addition to the vibe at the phone store. Thank you for making it a great place to do business.

We just switched to using Viaero internet. It works great. We also needed help with our bill and Tandy the store manager was so helpful and got our plan switched.

The representatives here are really nice people. Still all the latest and greatest phones and devices. The newer reps aren't quite as knowledgeable but still very nice

My parents switched carriers and chose to go to this store, in Grant, Ne. My Mom got home, called me and went on and on about the wonderful customer service they received from the three associates that helped them. I can't say enough how nice it is to know how well they were cared for here. I am so thankful to you all! Thank you for all you do for everyone! Keep up the excellent customer service!
