The people in the office were lazy, rude, and didn't want to load my car. They are understaffed and need to hire more people. I had very bad experience at this location. They need to get their act together. Francis needs retrained. Extremely rude and condescending. She refused to make an appointment for me to pick up a car I bought saying it's my job to do it not hers.

I really enjoy stuff that works there, awesome guys that are nice to talk to and will solve all of the problem you can encounter. Only issue is the wait line. There is just not enough stuff that works there! Couple more people would’ve solve all these problems!

Do Not Buy from this location !!!!! Buyers beware, thieves work here I bought a camper and clearly pictured with a spare tire, sent my son to pick it up and the spare was stolen. Do not trust these thieves

9/10 times I've bought a car from here they don't mail out the bill of sale with the car. When I call down to ask them to send me a bill of sale none of the office folks know what I'm talking about. When I can get someone who knows what a bill of sale is they never sign it (this is required by the Dmv in order to get license plates). When I ask them to mail a signed bill of sale they want me to print the bill of sale and forge the signature of the copart agent. It just seems like the employees don't want to do their job.

Bought a 2012 honda truck with runs and drives, tow truck dropped it off, engine is locked up, called manager said was runs when they got it with warranty if will runs when someone bought if, and the last 6 cars I bought are missing catalytic converter....
It's hard to trust anymore....

The communication and processing with this branch was quick and easy! Wish all the other branches were as simple. Staff was friendly and they show great morals and want to help the customers at all costs. I am a transporter for friends and family from Colorado and visiting this branch was definitely a pleasure!
Thank you for all you do there! Looking forward to the day I have to go back !

This is the best Copart in America, fast a friendly service. They treat you with respect and have the customers interest as a priority. They helped me out and made buying a breeze as a new member. Am definitely buying from this Copart again and suggest you do the same.Ben and Jaime helped me out and they were a pleasure.

This doesn’t even deserve a 1 star but today we were looking at a BMW (first time) and we called to make sure if we could drive it and we were told we can but just front and back and that was it. We got Glenn, Dave, and a lady coming after me and my dad and my dad barely knows any english (he does know but hardly understands) and they were severely aggressive and it was to the point Dave and Glenn started a screaming match with me and was super racist towards me and my dad and threatened us that they’ll call the cops just because me and my dad were wondering why the oil gasket wasn’t moving and we were told by Dave it was fine to move the vehicle and that is what we did and it was front and back and that was FINE. After the screaming match between Glenn and I because he refused to have a professional conversation with me. Glenn kicked us out and told his co worker that he’s never seen someone this passive aggressive before and this is why he supports Israel. I’m sorry but I was keeping this super professional and this is what we were told and this took it out of proportion because Glenn saw me and my dad aren’t white with blonde hair and blue eyes.. Do not go there if you are muslim or anyone that is colored!

Some of the Customer Service Reps needs to be retrained ! Especially Francis she is just rude and condescending thinks she has all the power behind the phone. Blamed me for a title issue incompetent people at Copart created. This was going to be a 1 star review until the Assistant General Manager Matthew Lahey got involved and de-escalated the situation. He handled all the title issues very professional and with respect.

Buyers get treated like dirt. The Mobile App doesn't work. If you go there to preview cars expect to wait up to a hour.
