Extremely disappointed. Paid for an entire month, was moved out and notified staff. Told them I would be back to take my lock off. They cut my lock off (which I paid for) and kicked me out of the system. Owner Michelle would not call me back to discuss. Would not recommend to anyone! In response to the owner: I gave my 30 day notice and paid for the month to fulfill the 30 days, I told the manager I would be back to get my lock. She told me that my access code was "kicked out of the system" and I wouldn't be able to access my unit (even though I had paid for the entire month), and that the lock that I paid for with my own money had been cut off. I asked the manager to have the owner Michelle call me, and I never received calls back even after multiple attempts. I asked for a refund on my lock, and was told that was an unrealistic request. So yes, you do cut off locks and you do kick people out of your systems. Terrible ownership.
